This workout is a good combination of Extreme Cardio, Weight lifting and full body workout (rowing) which is quite intense with the ALL OUT and good music to support you.

Really helps me nail my personal fitness goals, is a friendly and fun environment. Goes out of their way to keep everything clean (really love the new soap and paper towel dispensers, too!).

Great coaches and staff so friendly. They challenge you but not to point of causing injury. Always coming up with ways to keep you motivated. Highly recommend giving it a try.

Moving to Utah was hard for me, but OTF sandy has made it so much better. The coaches and staff are so kind and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend OTF Sandy :)

Having been on an OTF hiatus for a year due to COVID, it was nice picking up where I left off. The Sandy studio team members are second to none, always encouraging everyone to strive for their best each and every class. It’s great to be back!

Loved the workout. Felt welcomed and was made to feel like I belong. I was walked through everything so I didn't feel lost even on the first workout. Trainer made me feel welcomed without singeling me out. Staff was awsome and had everything ready for when I walked in the building.

Put simply, amazing! I started out thinking I would just try this whole “exercising/healthy” thing but I've loved attending OTF classes for the last year and can't imagine stopping! Some may say it's pricy but I say it's an investment into your health and well-being. You get what you put into it. You get a coach who is not only perfecting your form so you get the most benefit out of the workout but also a friend and constant encourager. You meet like-minded people who want to improve (or maintain) their health for varying reasons. You get a THOROUGH workout condensed into an hour. You get a variety of exercises so you never have to worry if you're missing leg day.😄Also, they've added weightlifting classes, so fun! And yeah, exhausting.🙌Last plug - for those who are self-conscious (like I used to be), don't worry about feeling judged by the fit mirror preeners - there are none! Everyone else is in the same boat as you; focused on getting through the workout successfully...and breathing!😉

I love Orangetheory Sandy! Orangetheory started as a way for me to have some type of consistent workout routine, and now it’s become so much more. This is where I have met amazing people, been coached by quality individuals who care about my progress, and achieved fitness goals I only dreamed were possible in the past.If you’re looking for a place to start your fitness journey, I couldn’t recommend Orangetheory more. 🧡

It has turned into a community of coaches, staff, and members that bring positive energy and all want to see you succeed. The atmosphere is amazing and I will never regret joining 3 months ago!If you are looking to start your fitness journey or even find a community that is positive and supportive I highly recommend trying Orangetheory in Sandy! The coaches are phenomenal!

I'm 3 weeks into working out at Orangetheory and really can't get enough of it! They offer challenging workouts with great coaches pushing you throughout the class to make sure you're getting all you can out of the workout. Just the overall environment is what I love about this studio! I feel stronger and more capable of doing the workouts because of the support of the coaches, members and even the sweet SA's :)
