Gym is awesome love 24hr. This location is pretty nice. The only thing is the locker room needs the hooks used for hanging towels/clothes fixed. Awesome view, I didn’t stay to long due to early work schedule but the main gym is on the third floor inside a mall and the patio to it is where the pool jacuzzi steam room and sauna are which are all co-ed, and the basketball court etc. is on the 4th floor in the open air its nice. Plenty of parking a bowling alley and restaurant that are open till 2 I believe is on the 1st floor and picture show movie theatre is by the main entrance to the mall on the 3rd floor 1st time being in this mall and at this 24 hr fitness so far I like them the best for the hours and the showers are great to they got the foggy looking thick glass doors which are nice, staff was cool anyway so far so good I like having the set benches compared to moving benches in the bathroom and yeah they have scales all around to but yeah this is a pretty cool one my favorite so far but I just joined a couple days ago before the special ended 265 for the whole year national access thats cheaper than planet fitness comes out to 22 a month.

It is sad to see this gym be as dirty as it is now. The weight area is okay, but the restrooms are absolutely disgusting. Don't see myself coming back to what was a beautiful gym.

Staff here is really attentive and courteous. The 3rd story view from the pool is pretty cool. In the last few months they installed new squat racks also.

I went there 5 days ago. The bathroom is still smelly and gross. I just read a staff response to another review 2 months ago promising to improve and I just laughed 😅. What a liar! I only like the pool view so I gave 2 stars. This place is crowded and hard to find a parking spot. I guess they don't have money to clean it more often. …

This gym has a no gym bags on the floor policy. They say this on the video presentation while you are in the gym. The staff here is extremely lazy and unprofessional. Last week on Friday there were over 20 gym bags out on the floor. These are trip hazards and in the way. I went to the desk today as I heard their video saying no gym bags allowed on the gym floor and once again there were four people 3 with very large gym bags in the work out area. I am posting picture of these gym bags. The guy working at the desk said he did not know of such Policy. He said we will play the video again shortly. I said you can play the video all you want, but if you do nothing about it, then you are not doing your job. Why implement rules that you are not going to enforce? I said if someone trips over these bags and gets hurt 24 hour fitness could get a huge lawsuit. There is often staff on their cell phones, visiting at the front, just laughing and hanging out. Very lazy staff, except for one guy. There is a very nice man working there who has dreadlocks and he works harder than anyone in that entire gym. He is always cleaning and working harder than anyone else in the club. 24 hour fitness used to be a leader in the fitness industry. However, now they just a contender. I would think they would want to stand out. They have rules and people do not follow them and they do not implement them. They do not mind keeping members with bad behaviors, yet they tend to forget all the members they actually lose because of this. If I had a dollar for every time I heard someone complain and say they wanted to find a fitness center with rules and other member respect, I would be a rich man. I posted a picture of the 4 large gym bags from today, but there were also very large back packs everywhere that I did not include below. 24 hour should get back the reputation they once had and implement rules and keep good members that respect one another's privilege's.

Honestly the place isn’t as bad as we thought it’s actually super amazing. The only problem we have with it is the “buddy pass” papers. During the summer the 2 weeks were ease until they started the “buddy pass” paper , we didn’t think much of it and had our parents sign it then a week later they stop doing the buddy pass paper so we throw it away since we didn’t have to bring it anymore then after a week later again they said their doing it again? We told the situation and they didn’t wanna give us the paper they wanted out parents to come in and sign it for us but it wasn’t as easy since our parents work long hours and are tired. Until one of our parents were free which was my buddy who owned the membership pass mom came but said that illegal guardians cannot do. Then when I had time I actually went to ask 4 days ago before summer ended (school starts) about the buddy pass and that the staff said they weren’t doing it anymore which was good for us. We didn’t go on Monday since school started and had to buy our locks but then we went on Tuesday (today) with all our stuff ready and when my friend put in his information to get in and now the staff tells us that we needed our parents to come in and sign us through that it’s okay and have it under our friend who owns the member ship under his name, so they didn’t let us in. Like we said it wasn’t as easy as it sounds. The place is amazing , the only problem is the buddy staff and how the staff don’t make up their mind with the buddy pass causing us a lot of stress for it. Like we’re trynna work out and understand about the underage but how you going to say you do it then don’t then do it but then don’t? Y’all just kept switching up. Honestly if I were you guys I would drop the buddy pass system or at least to stop switching up. There’s more teens than adults in the gym as well so your pretty much losing half the teens in there with the same situation like mine.

Great Gym that has more potential things like the restrooms can be cleaner and restocked with the adequate supplies, some water purifications sytems should be installed to fill up your bottle like at many chuze locations, add a great assortment of energy drinks, protien shakes, eloctolyte drinks etc. A bit crowded at times but I can manage, I bet with the proper permits this gym could have another floor it would make it that much more valuable. Besides that the location is awesome i was just suprised when I didnt see the 2 things I mentioned earlier for the price they charge in comparison to competitors.
