From my review of 2 years ago, the change of staff has bettered gym-life here at 24. Staff is willing to help guests and refer you to superior if they cannot answer inquiries. The equipment is clean and maintained in top form. I appreciate what you guys have done. Thank you, staff. Thank you, 24.

Ive pretty much been to all the 24’s in oc. None of them have anything on this ones pool area thats forsure. Definitely the fanciest with lake forest being a close second. I mean forreal that pool area makes you upset the gym isnt your house. But a few things made me mad.1 this seems to be the common issues of all 24’s, their saunas arent that hot. I also go to eos in santa ana and none of the 24’s saunas are as hot as theirs. I mean if you go in eos’ sauna and then go to 24’s you cant even tell if its on.2 This is the closest 24 to me being only 1.5 miles from my house. About 6 months ago I called in to see if they have a steam room bc who doesnt fluctuate from the sauna to steam. And the intellectually challenged girl tells me this location only has a sauna and no steam room. I went their yesterday for the first time and the guy behind the counter tells me theyve always had one. So ive just been driving 7 miles to irvine every time i wanna go to 24 for no reason. Cool. Also their employees are rude as he11 i try not to ask questions bc their attitude might make me snap and cuss somebody out as nice as i am.

This location is very convenient for us. It is relatively clean. I like that they have disinfectant spray bottles at hand. The sauna was jot working, other than that it's fully equipped.

I wanted to try out the gym. I was able to get a 3 day pass from the 24 hour website for this location. When I came over (04/27/2023 @ 22:29 ) the not so friendly clerk told me that this location does not honor the 3 day pass. Why would the website allow me to do this? Not looking forward to becoming a member anyone.

Very clean, lots of working machines

It's super busy, but the nicest 24 sport in the area. Bad reviews are true and so are the good reviews. It's all about your expectations. I'm not picky, they have a decent club at a decent(read cheap) price. I'm able to TCOB and have fun. U want luxury? Go to equinox in irvine and quit crying. Not particularly their best location too many bums from all that homeless shelters nearby.

Men’s restrooms are really disgusting. They need to work on that because the toilets and the urinals are really dirty.

I tried to sign my sister up to my membership with a price I was given by the receptionist and the general manager wouldn't honor it. He said it was a promotion that had been for the previous month. I shouldn't be given a higher price due to the lack of training with their employees. If you get a quote from this place, be wary as it will be changed when you ask about it.

I tried getting my workout in after a full time shift having only 20 minutes to get to my full time school session coming out at 10pm from school. Trying to buy water at 10:35pm and I get told machines are close. I totally understand if you're not able to sell energy drinks so late ,but water? Really my only motivation was to get to the gym hoping yo buy H2O there and I get told with we're close we aren't able to sell beverages after awhile like come on it's water I just had a long day to go back downstairs going up someone with heart disease. Hope you take anything into consideration if you really care about your members.

Can someone fix the hot tub? It’s been out of service for months. I don’t ask for much but at least have a working hot tub when your biggest advertisement for this location is the roof pool and hot tub. No excuses. This is just poor management, being lazy, and being cheap. Corporate or whoever come on step up.
