Friendly staff. Clean and organized gym. Lots of weights and machines available.

This gym is utterly dirty! The treadmills have built up dust in the cracks of the machine. The showers have like mold growing on the soap dispenser. The front desk only like 2 people that work there actually greet people. Over all the machines are newer but staff is horrible on interaction with guests.

I enjoyed the SPA after an intense weight training workout.

The wanna be manager is rude and unreasonable the service in this gym is horrible, the guy with the glasses who thinks he’s manager of the month or something he didn’t take he’s chill pull this morning, he talks to you like he’s in the hood not at he’s job and has a smart mouth

No one here uses a towel when using the machines. And the employees do not remind members to bring them or use them. Kind of gross. I don't like having to wipe down someone else's sweat. Shouldn't we continue practicing good hygiene even after covid?

stay away from this gymfirst: they shoul change the name from 24 hrs Fitness to 16 hrs Fitnesssecond: they need to enforce their rules, entire families use the pool as a water park and their kids spend hours there without supervision preventing anyone interested in swimming a little from entering the pool, something makes me think that the staff leaves their kids there whiile they work.third : there was a pudle of vomit near the entrance for about a month obviously they don't care about cleanliness.this gym is a messyou will be better going to a different place.

Visited on buddy pass while on vacation. Joined Monday and Wednesday Zumba classes at 9am. Fantastic instructor! Class was challenging, but motivating. Diverse participants -all ages. I suffer from RA and first class I’ve been able to participate in 1 year.

The people that works here don't want to help you, they just care about the money. They will keep charging you even after cancelling and will charge you extra for leaving early. I only came in to check out the new gym, but all they wanted was to sign me up for a contract. They said they will give you a good deal for the grand opening, but never mention any of the additional fees. They will NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES!UPDATE...24 HourFitness was being sued on Oct 2017 because it had thousands of complaints of charging extra and not being upfront about it. I was fortunate enough to be one those people and won the case. This was both santa ana and costa mesa gyms. So go check it out and google it or youtube. It took a lot of time for a refund, so be AWARE‼️

Newer location so it has newish equipment. That being said I have noticed how extremely full this location gets. Now that the SA school district is in summer vacation expect to see lots of groups of male high school students that take multiple equipment and lounge around for hours.

My husband's electric bike $1600 bike was stolen from inside your gym. Nothing was done. Nothing. Review your tapes and call the police. If you require membership to enter your gym you should know who took it. Police report will be filed. Very disappointed, review your tapes, call police so it can be returned.
