24 Hour Fitness

I just joined, I literally hate to give bad reviews but its so filthy inside. There cant be a cleaning staff as every machine including the floors are thick with dust/dirt. When i mentioned to the staff he was so irritated and unhappy that i would even mention it. Like I'm the AH for bringing it to his attention. So unsanitary to be working out in these conditions. I dont recommend.

I came in after work one day, ready to sign up for the platinum membership based on the prices I had seen online. I didn't realize I had come in nearly a half hour before closing. I had the pleasure of meeting Emily and the manager, Andrew. They both made sure to find me a plan that fit my budget and my goals, ensuring I didn't feel rushed as they broke down pricing and explained benefits. They did this while balancing other customers who needed assistance, which is something I enjoyed watching as I am a retail manager myself. I've signed up for a few different gyms over the years and I had the most fun and memorable experience at this very location. I highly recommend you ask for Emily and Andrew and they will both make sure that you are taken care of.

Gym tends to be pretty busy. I compete, so I like the crowd. Other than that, all the machines seem to work. Can’t complain.

This location has very friendly staff but it's unfortunate that it's not open 24 hours. I initially signed up for this reason because it's the gym closest to my house. I work 2 jobs and the only times that I'm able to go are after 10:00 so I end up having to drive other different locations. The times that I've been able to go at an earlier time I've noticed it's super packed especially from 7:00 to 10: 00. Nearly impossible to use a machine. I'm guessing because everybody's trying to get their workout in before they close. They definitely need to open up this location to 24 hours.

Terrible, that gym is dirty, the whole sauna, the steam, the jacuzzi, the pool and the bathroom are horrible, hair everywhere, I don't know if they don't clean or they clean super badly. That's why even giving it a star is a lot.

The gym is deep need of cleanliness, all the equipment is fully dust and the entire facility is dirty, the floors on the sauna , the padding is full of dust máchenles aré nasty. Customer service is great but not the maintenance of the facility.

Not everything is fine, they just need to comply with the contract that says 24 hours

Great Gym Overall. A few Punching Bags would be an Amazing Addition.

Wow! I normally visit 24hr near south coast plaza but the front desk people lack in service and armando did not help with my membership.So i came to this 24hr on edinger and wow front desk friendly and smiling . Andrew who is manager on sundays went out of his way and helped my son and i 😊 . Its rare to meet people who enjoy having a job now a days. Thank u
