Great gym. Better than 24 hour fitness if anyone was to compare the two. One of the better gyms out of socal.

Machines all work, classes are great, sauna and pool are great as well. The front desk is always friendly and everyone is usually not on one machine too long.

Very unsanitary gym, machines, benchs, and cup holders on stairmasters have paper towels stuffed in them. And there's been numerous times I've tried to get paper towels to wipe down a piece equipment I was using and multiple dispensers are empty. I've worked out at different EOS gyms before and I have to say I'm not impressed with this installation. Hope a manager see this as this is unsat. It's evident daily inspections of equipment is not done, as I've seen the same dirty paper towels stuffed in the cup holders of various cardio machines as well as benchs. If a gym is going to be open 24/7 it should still be expected to be cleaned.

I went to eos fitness last Sunday because I had a free 7 day trial run. When I arrived I was greeted by a very rude customer service guy. Then sat down and told me the fees and did the tour of the gym. After sitting down once again to only tell me I can’t use the gym because my ID does not show orange, Santa Ana or Tustin! Which is stupid because I live in Tustin and my ID shows Tustin. I walked out and could not believe the audacity of this member service guy. I was referred and as soon as I left I also told my friend to not join. I later on received a text asking how my visit was and I flat out told them it was a horrible experience I’ve ever had at any gym. I will never go here let alone have my friend become a member here. You guys are the most unprofessional, rude people I’ve came across.

I was a customer at rubios and a male manager in-front of me was very disrespectful towards the female team member. Trying to justify that his title as a 'Eos Manager' should be given a discount ... After the female team member made it clear that no one gets discounts he started making comments out of pocket saying "this is bad management" "I always get discounts" . This type of entitled shouldn't even be given the position as a manager ... very rude and unprofessional

Watch out everyone. Thier slogan is "Better gym, better price" but in reality it's just another scam. Got hit with a surprise fee and did they mention that when I signed up? Of course not.I'm sticking to Classpass. At least they don't charge me unexpectedly when I use their gym pass. What a joke.

I love this gym. I started with weight lifting and cardio. Then switched up a little and started taking the pilates class with Rachel and the cycling class with hung /Kristen. I love the classes! The daycare is my favorite part . The ladies are all kind and patient. My daughters love them! They look forward to going to the gym with me. I give it 4 stars because the gym is a little on the small side and they could use more mirrors .

Ok, so to give some background. Me and my friend just moved from LA; so we’re looking for a gym, and this gym was close to our place so we decided to fill out the online 7 day free guest pass. When we get there we were forced to wait an additional 30 minutes and then had to fill it out again and once again had to wait for the manager. When the manager was taking too long one of the employees was nice enough to file us through As a guest. (That’s where the positives end) the gym is so humid, reeks of chlorine, crowded, and overall had an extremely not welcoming culture. On our way out the manager stopped us to Talk to us and Informed us that Because our IDs weren’t “local” we wouldn’t be allowed to sign up for our guest pass even though we had already filled out twice. He also wouldn’t elaborate on what the policy defines as local as I would have given him my school ID. It’s not like our IDs are from New York, they’re both California IDs but if I came in requesting to have a membership my non local ID would have been perfect I bet. I’ve been to a lot of gyms in my life and I confidently say this is one of the worst gyms I’ve been to. Except that one employee who realized his manager wasted our time. He was cool.
