this place is the biggest scam in the world i made my last payment and before i cancelled and they still charged me a 30 dollar feeincompetent employees and fraud business practices

The place is top notch buy the staff is not as friendly as other gyms.

This is a reminder that I cancelled my membership today on 05/01/2023 because they dont provide verification till a month later. Will update this if my cancellation is complete

If it is not super busy, this gym is amazing staff, and all are great mornings and after 9pm have been good when it comes to the number of people

Better than the one in Murrieta. Change my gym location to this one because I had the worst experience in EOS Murrieta location and so far I like it here +staff are way more nicer and this location looks 10 times cleaner and better.

I did t get a reply back when I revised my review at the Landera Ranch location. So I'm hoping someone sees this and gets back to me. I'll delete this review once the issue is resolved.-------Been waiting on management to call me back regarding Xavier Lacosta at the Ladera Ranch location, Who asked me to send him $40 in leui of membership fees. I've emailed and messaged multiple people at EOS, spoken to a manager inside the gym about it, as well as sent in a complaint online but haven't heard anything. Why employ someone that pressures your members to engage in dishonest business practices... please reach out to me. You need to remove this slimeball...

Used to be LA fitness facility , limited everything, Cinema not 24 hours, no steam room, sauna always crowded, free weights crowded, not coming back here

Been going for almost a year no issue's but this weekend my car was vandalized one employee said in this past week several cars have been broken into they should have cameras in parking lot

I have been going to this gym since 2020, however don't be fooled by their so-called "prices,. lots of "hidden charges." I've kept a "black membership" (extra 10$ month) which includes that I can bring one (1) guest anytime and use the massage chairs, however I rarely do either one, I decided to "downgrade" my membership, I logged on to my account. So when I look at my account, I notice that my next bill is for 74.98 (75) instead of the usual 24.99 (25). When I called, they stated that it was the "annual fee," and they told me that if I wanted to downgrade, there is an additional "downgrade fee of 49.99 (50). WTH?Don't believe the advertised 9.99, just seems so shady.

Way to crowded. Not much else to say. Hard to get a work out in when you’re shoved in like a sardine and waiting for any given piece of equipment for 10+ minutes at a time. I know they can’t manufacture space but don’t expect to come here thinking your workout will be anything close to quick or done in the time frame you are expecting.
