Worst gym ever, never join their membership. Unable to cancel membership. I went to the gym in person to cancel my membership last year and their front desk staff helped me with the cancellation and told me it would take 30 days to process and the last charge would be next month. However, 2 months later I found out that they were still charging me. So I called them, and they said that there was no evidence to prove that I canceled my membership, so I asked if I can cancel on the phone now, can I receive notifications such as emails? They said no. So things like this can repeat over and over again and they can keep charging me money with no proof that I canceled my membership. They hung up my phone when I questioned their membership system and tried to discuss with their customer service.

Amazing gym always clean, friendly people, gym equipment is always in good condition if not it gets fixed really fast. The fact it's 24 hours is a big thing for me love that

I went in to sign up for my 7-Day free trial, I had checked in 30 minutes later waiting to meet the person that was assign to me for a walkthrough of the gym. She was making calls getting other people to come in and I'm guessing totally forgetting that I was there I look up and she's snacking away with a coworker. Unfortunately I won't be signing up to this gym just because of how inattentive staff were, to at least notify me that she was busy or I could have came in a little later on but whatever. Also, they insist of providing a 7 days free trail. They make you come in....ask you a bunch of personal questions like...why do you come to gym for? What's your goal?Like seriously, a in person survey. They kept pushing me to get a membership BEFORE a tour of the gym or giving me my 7 day free trail.....False advertisement!!!In the locker rooms, no blow-dryers, no private rooms to change, bathroom stalls for showers. No hanger for gym bags nor sweaters.Overpriced for what?!

The gym itself isn’t bad. It’s the crowd and the lack of a proper ventilation in the gym that made me cancel. There is literally not anytime during the day that this gym isn't crowded. There also tends to be a lot of people that come to this gym to socialize that pack up and sit around machines forever chit chatting. When you walk in in the morning the moisture from everyone’s breath hits you and you look around all the windows are fogged dripping with moisture. Gonna look for another gym that’s less crowded with a better ventilation system as i don’t think even a mask would save you from getting covid or the flu here

Extremely packed with people weekday nights almost to an unsafe degree. All machines are busy and have two to three people waiting in line. The open space is very crowded and people are almost on top of each other. Bring your own mat because they are all in rough condition and not cleaned regularly. All free weights are left all over the place and there is no staff around to clean or organize equipment. If you plan to use their lockers bring your own lock. The facility itself is nice and has promise if they could regulate capacity or expand.

Deceptive marketing. Do not sign anything unless you're prepared to pay a mountain in fees. Steer clear. Good only if you plan to stay long-term.

This gym needs to replace the over used out dated equipment. It is unsafe as they are so old they are not balanced. The restroom is always CLEAN, I appreciate that , thank you. Please invest the highly occupied gyms weight lifting equipment with some of the abundance of membership fee's and please fill disinfectant bottles with actual disinfectant not water as it can create mold on the equipment and reanimate bacteria.

Very packed around 4-9pm. Gets the job done has all the equipment you need although i do think it lacks more machines and i do wish it was layed out better as there is little to no space to actually do my workouts at times and I am quite literally less than a foot away then someone else doing their workouts. But you get what you pay for.

I’ve been a member here since august of 2022.I want to go over some positive things to start. I’m goin to be as reasonable as I can here.First things first, their prices are amazing, but that’s what brings them down and I’ll explain why in a little bit. Secondly it’s a gym, it has everything a gym needs, from weights to treadmills. Third, it has really good general needs, from a childcare facility, to a locker room. Although I love this gym, I feel it lacks in so many places. I’ve made amazing memories and progress here, but I’ve also made some bad memories and lost progress.I want to also cover some bad things about this gym, I’m trying to be very constructive. I want this to help both the gym itself and newer members. To begin, it’s crowded. Yeah, it doesn’t sound like a big deal and some might think “that’s a good thing, more people more gains!” But that is in no way the case. It’s crowded here in a bad way, if that makes any sense. Today, specifically as of 11/11/22, there was a guy just hogging equipment, he was on his phone, not doing anything. Aside from that and back to the crowdness. When you want to use a machine you can’t, it’s almost like a DMV just trying to use some sort of machine, because it’s nothing but waiting. There needs to be some sort of crowd control, doesn’t need to be physical more or less digital at least. A simple meter on the app will do just fine, to measure crowdness that is. It’s also a safety hazard, Covid isn’t over yknow?Another thing I want to make note of that I feel needs to be changed overall with everyone, and it does go back into crowds. Have your staff members do their job. Most of the time whether it’s late at night or bright and early, they’re just sitting their chatting. I remember when I wanted to change my payment method to my account it took them over 30 minutes to finally get back to me IN PERSON! I turn the corner to see the girl socializing with another worker. Get your staff under control. One last and final note, again negative. This isn’t on the gym but in the people. For the love of all that is holy, please re-rack the weights. I swear there’s weights where there shouldn’t be, who’s using 35’s on a treadmill? It shouldn’t take me 15 minutes to find 25’s. This is more of a personal rant, nothing on the gym.I do want to highlight a few things that I won’t go into detail in. Things that can bug others and have bugged me. Just briefly:- have people wear clothes in the locker room. On day one, me and my friend went. At the time my friend was 17. We walked into the locker room and there’s a naked old man. That’s a court case waiting to happen.- it’s a generally small gym, there’s not much room to work with, “The Lawn” so it’s called is advertised as a large patch of grass to workout on. It’s no more than 100ft x 100ft. It also has big machines taking up half the space. Generally there shouldn’t be a gym in that location.- they have supplements, and they are decently good. Mid rang but still good.- they have an awesome training program, maybe a bit overpriced at $128 per two week periods. That’s $32 for 30 minutes. Idk… seems off.- employees often don’t do their jobs. Except the cleaning crew, they are what’s holding me from leaving this review with a 2 star.- Lastly their showers have mold. If you do t want athletes foot wear sandals. That just about sums it up, although it’s a good gym, it lacks in so many places. Therefore it lacks in potential. There are some immediate downsides like the size, and crowd. But there’s ways to work around it. It’s still a gym nevertheless, and that’s what I love about it. Maybe not all workers do their job but some don’t make all. For $10 a month I can see how this would work for some, but I’m paying $35. That’s why I struggle seeing the fairness of it.In the end, 3/5. There’s better options out there but if this is all you have or it’s all that’s a available to you. Take it. I hoped I helped the random stranger or customer support agent reading this. I hope you have a wonderful day.Thank you

Better gyms with better customer service, they don’t tell you how to cancel your membership, people at front desk suck at communicating, they are too lazy to get any sort of manager. People are being charged even though they wanted to cancel. Staff signs you up for memberships without customers consents, charging them in the future without notifying.
