Very pleasant first time experience. I scheduled my first class at 3Fit via ClassPass. I like the Zombie Survival class taught by Marcel. It was super challenging but I had a lot of fun! I especially liked the exercise with Jenga. Highly recommended!!

My partner and I have been training with Alison at 3Fit in the last three months. The experience is awesome! We are beginners and Alison has tailored the training program for us. She is very knowledgeable and supportive. It’s always fun to train with her. I can feel my mobility and upper body has improved a lot after the training.

Marcel classes at 3Fit are amazing. For all age groups and body types. He makes sure you push yourself to the limit and you do it right. I was in the area for short term assignment and made sure went to all his classes while I was there definitely saw some results at the end of 8weeks.

Coming from a CrossFit background, 3 fit was not at all what I expected it to be, but in the best way possible. I was only in the area for a few weeks visiting family, and 3fit was close by. I enjoyed the morning classes so much that I attended every morning class that they offered for the entire duration of my stay.With a focus on joint health as well as strength building, everyday was a little different, challenging and very rewarding.And a special shout out to the Saturday “Zombie Apocalypse” classes. I found myself doing things I hadn’t don’t since I was a kid. They were always fun, different and surprisingly challenging.I feel like anyone, of any fitness level, could hop into a class at 3fit and find something to enjoy.

I had alot of fun at zombie apocalypse training.Marcel is very engaging and the other students are really friendly.Definitely lots of neat exercises that will keep you engaged and have fun.

I have been training with Matt for about almost a year. It's been an amazing journey with my trainer(Matt) and the trainers are super supportive and makes me feel so comforty at the gym.(Don't be shy! They are so nice.) Not only for emotional support, my trainer always prepares well for my session and does his best effort (yeah. I did multiple 1:1 training in diff gym so I know what they are doing). He always makes notes and keeps track of my workout history. Based on his notes, he increases the weight, or changes some workout. The greatest thing was he always checked my body status carefully and kept watching how I'm doing positioning and correcting me in the right position for maximizing the workout effort but also it helps you to protect any injuries. If you have any questions about your trainer's workout routine, you can ask it right away and he will explain to you right away why this workout is needed.I highly recommend this place! :) (I copied my review from Yelp)
