This is a great club. Trainers are top notch. Membership is expensive but sometimes you get what you pay for.

Really poor staff and unprofessional. I had set up an appointment with them and no one bothered to show up even after 30-40 mins. So much for being a premier sports club experience.

I am more than disappointed with management's decision to covertly eliminate full court basketball. Rather than obtaining feedback from the members to be negatively affected by this decision, they made their plans, delayed dialogue with affected members, and provided only cut and paste responses to member questions and concerns. They say its "our club", then secretly eliminate the activities for which we joined the club in the first place.

Very disappointed! Management has decided to convert their beautiful full court basketball gym to half court only. Management did not give members a chance to voice their opinion on the matter. This whole thing was handled very poorly by the Bay Club Management team. I have cancelled my membership.

Very expensive and equally very bad management. The quality of service is going down. The new updated facility is not good at all for people who want to work out daily. Beware of what you sign when you sign up for private training sessions. Many catches there. I would never sign up for any training sessions any more.

Nice place, especially after all the upgrades (which are still going on). Pools are great, and there are plenty of machines to use in the fitness parts of the gyms. There are many classes and other good features. Overall, it's a great club, with a few caveats.TV doesn't work on all the cardio machines, and even when it does, closed captions don't work correctly. Also, music is played way too loud. It totally bleeds into whatever you are trying to listen to with earbuds. These issues have been around for years. With upgrade, ladies' locker room is much improved, however, the steam room is very small, maybe room enough for 3 people.Price is difficult to figure out. You have to talk to membership people about it. Different prices for different situations. But always very expensive. Still a nice place though.

Been member since 1999 and was a great place when it was Decathlon Club. Main reason for me to pay the high fees is to play basketball and we have a group which has been playing for a long time.Since Bay Club took over the place has gone down gradually. With all the construction going on members are making compromise everyday while fees go up regularly. They took away the hot tub in the men’s bathroom area. Then they removed the banners in the basketball court and stopped maintaining the court. Also started renting the court for many events which would hinder basketball activity while they make more money. Recently they stopped providing jerseys and balls are always worn out. Now with no communication they have decided to shorten the basketball court and add squash courts. Why would you take a full court and make it non regulation size? No decision is made in the interest of the members since Bay Club took over. Guest fees, food cost, etc have also gone up. All these years we paid to use the basketball court , and request to management is to keep the full court.

Fantastic gym, tennis courts, swimming and locker rooms. Enough parking space, never full. Love the ping pong table and the basketball court. The outdoor spa is great, albeit I miss the indoor one but the locker room upgrades are totally worth it. There are more upgrades coming to the swimming pool, which looked great on the simulation screen. If you are executive level you can visit all those clubs with one membership!

Under construction, so my review is being cautious. The new fitness area has some wonderful new machines and bright, airy feel. The locker rooms look nice, but the functionality leaves something to be desired. After classes let out there is usually a wait for showers and sometimes lack of towels. Family changing rooms closer to pool.Pools are great. One dedicated to lanes, one for general use. Small kid area too. Nice big pool towels provided.Childcare is doing the best they can while they wait for the new childcare space to be built. Those ladies are wonderful. The trainers are friendly, good at getting results, and worth trying if you can.Overall a fairly good gym with lots of good things. Can't wait to see what the finished product is.
