Excellent preparation, program, and follow through. The workouts are well thought out and planned, all within the allotted time. Steve adjusts based on my requirements and is flexible to my schedule. It keeps me on track.

Stephen Ross is the best. I turned 50 years old in 2021 and I gained a lot of weight due to the COVID pandemic. I decided in November 2021 (because we were going to Hawaii in July 2022) to make a change. He was able to motivate me and create a great program. I was able to lose 30 lbs in 5 months! I was able to become stronger and more fit. I have more energy and am in the best shape of my life in 20 years. He has created a life style that I can sustain.

After several years of working out with Stephen, I recommend Movement Hub even more! I am still going strong thanks to Stephen and Movement Hub.A friend referred me to Stephen for my workouts, and I couldn’t be happier. Every workout with Stephen is intense and well worth my time and money. I have never been in better shape than when working out with him. He pushes me to do better without yelling or nagging. He is very encouraging and empathetic while helping me get stronger. I like the fact that he often changes the exercises, so it doesn’t get boring, and my body can’t anticipate the routine. I was training for a half-marathon, and he was instrumental in helping me achieve my personal record. I recommend him to anyone that wants to get fitter and stronger.

Stephen is an excellent trainer and very considerate. I have had knee issues and he has always modified the exercises for my knee. He will make sure that you get the maximum out of the 50 min workout with him. I have tried both private and semi-private coaching with him and he has ensured that the workout are adapted to the format for maximum results. The format of his workouts has been effective for me. He also gives nutrition guidance in terms of macronutrients break-up based on body fat and weight but you have to be consistent and motivated by yourself to follow that.

I have been training with Steve continuously for the last 9 years. Steve and his crew offer a nice balance of intense workout in a fun and inspiring atmosphere. The workout equipment is top quality and the gym is well maintained, clean and organized. People training are of all ages, physical abilities and walks of life.
