Stephen is the best! Originally I started to go to the movement hub as I had back problems that prevented me from getting back in shape. Not only did Stephan help strengthen my core which fixed my back problems he has made me very fit! When I first stated seeing Stephen (4 years ago) my muscles were so sore after working it it was hard to drive home as I could not raise my arms to the top of the steering wheel. He never pushed me harder than I wanted to be pushed but we progressed to being extremely fit ( I did the Spartan 300 workout yesterday, look it up) . He keeps it interesting hardly do the same exercise twice and he knows how to push you to be your best. On top of that he is a great guy. Mike S.

Movement Hub is the BEST place to workout with a trainer. Stephen is a phenomenal trainer and tailors your workout plan to both challenge and reward you. The attention to detail is superior and the variety of workouts is second to none. All you need to do is show up and be ready to work; Stephen will handle the rest and I promise the variety of workouts never gets old. I have been working with Stephen for about 4-5 months, 2-3 sessions a week and he has been amazing. Each workout is varied and unique. I never get bored and always feel challenged. Stephen is able to adjust exercises as need to allow for any limitations I have. He is always on time, prepared and in a great mood. I thoroughly enjoy working out now and would highly recommend Stephen!

I have been working out with Stephen for almost seven years now, typically 2-3 times per week. He is positive and upbeat. I highly recommend Stephen. His workouts are never the same, keeping it interesting and fresh. Even after almost 7 years, he continues to amaze me with the introduction of new exercises & variations. The workouts are well thought out, targeting different areas each session. His Boot Camps are just as fun. With COVID-19, my wife & I have signed up for his virtual workout sessions. I can’t believe how much he can get our blood pumping in 25 minutes! Stephen is not demanding or pushy at all; rather he has a unique way of encouraging me to reach my limits and achieve my goals in very subtle ways. Stephen has been an incredibly bright light for me in helping to obtain my fitness. Five Plus Stars!

I’ve been attending the Saturday morning Kickstarter boot camp for over 6 months now. Stephen is awesome! He’s very patient and explains the workouts to you. This is a great way to get at least one good workout in per week and working out with such a great group is an added plus. I highly recommend training with Stephen, you will see excellent results!

I have been working out with Stephen for a couple of months now and am thoroughly enjoying it. The facility is nice, clean and simple. I never leave one of our personal training sessions feeling like I did not get a great workout in, as Stephen does a great job of walking the fine line between pushing you to your limit (and beyond) and knowing when to pull back a bit. I am feeling stronger, leaner, and more energized. Very reasonable pricing, plus Stephen is super nice and knows his stuff. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a personal trainer who will push you to get results.
