Loving Kickstarter Bootcamp on Saturday mornings. Fun to work out with great people. I am almost a year from 60, and donāt feel intimidated. Stephen Ross tailors my workouts when I am unable to work like the others in my class. Itās so fun! And by 9:00 am I am done and have more energy for the weekend! I definitely would recommend Movement Hub for any age group!

Iāve had personal trainers for one on one work outs and joined CrossFit gyms before but I have to say the Movement Hub has been my favorite environment to work out in! Itās always fun and the workouts are never the same. I love waking up on saturdays to get my day started with a great group of people and feel accomplished for the day, even if I am sore until Tuesday the following week! š¤£Stephen is patient and always takes the time to explain new exercises and correct my form.

Iāve been training with Stephen for almost three years now. It has been amazing to watch his journey to where he is now. His gym is convenient, well kept and full of energy. Everything I could ask for in a large gym but in an one on one or small group atmosphere. This gym wonāt disappoint!

The Movement Hub is a top notch facility with top notch people. In a gym, you look for a clean place, with good equipment, and the Movement Hub has just that! Stephen, the owner, is not only an excellent trainer, but a phenomenal person. He has a lot to offer his clients with his knowledge and experience, but also with the way he cares for his clients. They are more than just clients, but partners in a journey towards each persons specific goals. I HIGHLY recommend giving The Movement Hub a shot. You won't regret it!

My now husband and I went to Stephen because we wanted to get in shape and feel fit for our wedding (more me to fit into my mermaid style wedding dress). We joined his Kickstarter Boot Camp at his gym, the Movement Hub in Santa Clara.In the camp, there were people of all ages, body types, all athletic levels, and goals. It was so nice to see a variety of people joining together to get healthy. Stephen worked hard to come up with a dynamic workout that would fit each personās need. He would differentiate the workout and adapt the sets if needed for the group or individual. All while making it fun- for example, sometimes he would have us make teams and compete to push us- or have circuits with many different activities focusing on different muscles to give us a full body workout! He changed it up each week to make it interesting!The climate at the Movement Hub was always lighthearted, fun, and encouraging. Stephen wanted everyone to feel comfortable and successful in their workout. He would come work with you one-on-one if you needed support adjusting the set for you. That is so key! I loved every minute of my workouts with Stephen Ross at the Movement Hub. He encouraged us to be our best selves- healthy & fit with a smile! My husband and I love Stephen! We canāt wait for our next camp with him!

I trained with Stephen for years when I lived in Mountain View. He helped me lose weight and improve my overall health immensely. I got my mile time back down from 9 minutes to under 7 with HIIT (high intensity interval training), and I got good increases in strength, endurance, and flexibility. He's also a great guy, extremely reliable, and works hard to help his clients with whatever their individual goals are. Highly recommended!

I've been training with Stephen for 5+ years. He has completely changed my attitude and approach for health and fitness. He takes time and care to teach not only the precise physical movements of new exercises but also the mindset behind it. Given his background in kinesiology I feel confident in his ability to push me on intensity while avoiding injury. Boot camps on Saturdays are always a lot of fun and great way to kick off the weekend. I would 100% recommend Stephen and you should definitely check out Movement Hub!
