After going to the gym for over two years, we finally left. Our daughter's skills were not fostered; she basically was stagnant in her gymnastics development (though she gained strength). Although she placed 2nd in the all-arounds, and 1st to 7th in all disciplines during testing week, she was not allowed to go on the pre-team. What a waste of time and potential.

My family has participated in many Twisters activities including summer camps, competitive and recreational gymnastics, rock climbing, and briefly Tae Kwon Do. We've had and attended birthday parties there as well. We find the Twisters team friendly, professional and very safety conscious. Please note that they are not, however, ridiculous in their approach to safety -- being really active in any sport has an element of danger to it. Testing your body, learning what it can do and how to get it to do it, is not easy and its not always 100% risk free. Having said that, Twisters coaches can help children get strong enough and skilled enough to do some amazing things safely. It is a fascinating and thrilling thing to watch and I bet an even more incredible thing to experience. Go Twisters!!!
