This is a gym where you should come work out. The environment is great the coaches and owner don’t judge or criticize, They’ll give you positive feedback and support in the right way. I recommend giving it a shot.

Great new gym! It’s spacious, clean and has a great community! Coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging. Overall a great place to workout i highly recommend checking them out!

Bootcamp was intimidating but coach Marina helped overcome my physical abilities in a professional manner and class support was amazing. I recommend this to all ages. The space is clean and energetic and location is perfect with spacious parking.

Recently returned to Crossfit after many years away. Emerge Crossfit felt like home from the first visit.Plenty of equipment and the space is always clean. Coaches are caring and knowledgeable. They are doing a great job balancing safety and hard work. (good news for us over 40) I'm getting back in shape and making friends along the way.

Awesome coaches. They are motivating, knowledgeable and friendly.Great workouts. It’s also set up for bootcamp classes.Big and clean facility. All their equipment is new and well taken care of.Everyone has been super welcoming as I’m starting up my new fitness journey.

My 12 yr old has started crossfit. The atmosphere of support, encouragement, is great!! Not to mention its an incredible gym! The coaches are awesome!!
