I purchase a Matrix Rower 2 years ago and had problems with their display back light. This went on for a few months before the back light and display stopped working.It turns out that they have a bad design in the electronics and it kills the lithium Ion Battery, so the put a limited 1 year warranty on the battery, saying it's a wearable item.Yet the Schaumburg store told me it was covered under the 3 years warranty.DO NOT BUY FROM JONSON FITNESS & WELLNESS IF YOU EXPECT good & honest support without being misinformed by Jonson Fitness Sales People!!

Saw a really nice treadmill so i decided to buy it gotit home and for some reason it didn't turn on i called and the delivery man came out fixed it in 5 minutes very nice and friendly service will be coming back soon for more equipment
