Love this gym so much. Such a unique experience. It really helped me put all the pieces together from work outs to nutrition to supplements!

I just completed a 6-week fitness challenge with LSF, and I loved my results. Before joining LSF, I stopped working out for almost two years. The LSF staff and community made my transition back to working out as stress-free and fun as possible. I'm noticing benefits like more defined muscles, higher energy, better mood, and reduced stress! I really enjoyed my time in this gym and I learned a lot from the coaches and workouts they put together. I had no issues starting off and everything was going smoothly. Immediately after joining the gym I was emailed/texted by the coaches once sometimes twice a week and even one of the owners reached out to make sure I was enjoying my time there. Which I was, until I became pregnant a few months later and had to cancel my membership due to health reasons. LADIES, PLEASE READ YOUR CONTRACT ENTIRELY. (You have to cancel 3 months in advance) I didn’t, and felt like I was being penalized for having to cancel my membership early even though it was due to health reasons. Even after providing them with a doctors note, I was being charged left and right after canceling and it was non stop for weeks. I contacted them multiple times in regards to this but my bank account continued to be charged. It seemed like nobody cared, phone calls weren’t answered like they use to and neither were my emails. Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency when it comes to their memberships and the way things we handled. They definitely made it seem like they just cared about my money.

I absolutely love the studio. Great concept, well organized, friendly staff and excellent coaches. Everyone here is awesome!Best place to challenge yourself with a variety of workouts.

Awesome community of women! I’m a few weeks in and I’m loving working out in this super motivating environment. Knowledgeable coaches, friendly staff, clean equipment, I could go on. Highly recommend!

I have lost 13 lbs in 3 months..I love this gym..the coaches are very good and very friendly. Best part is ladies only. The workouts include cardio, strength and both depends on the day. Additionally they have lots of options to choose the class times based on my schedule...

I have been going to this gym for a year each and every staff and members are motivating, encouraging and inspiring. Every time I go there I feel like they have my best interest. Great trainers and staff that care and work to empower. Also a great place to feel stress free and focus on you and your workout. I have been a part of the community for a few months and I truly believe that this was the best decision I have made because now I sleep better, feel stronger and that I with the help of the staff pushing my limits.
