Planet Fitness

I haven't signed up yet but my local PF seems to not have any knowledgeable reps so I decided to check around with other locations. Unfortunately each one told me something different as far as classic membership goes. The website clearly shows no commitment costs for cancellation but the recording for this club claims a 12-month required commitment with a $58 cancellation fee. You apparently can't speak to a live team member so it can't even be discussed.

$20 a month sounds like a good deal right? Guess again. When you cancel is where they get you. I canceled 6 months ago. I do hundreds of transactions with my card. When I finally did notice I was still being charged, I went to the store. First they asked for my cancellation E-mail. ( Who the holds onto something like that for so long) long story short, they just flat out said they don't give refunds. They didn't even try to help me. Instead, doing everything they could not to issue me a refund. Now I'm out over $100. I've been at sport fitness, and lifetime fitness for years. Compared to these gym's planet fitness is absolutely terrible. Go there at your own risk. Watch your account like a hawk when you cancel.

very sad, came 5 pm, there were sooo many people. one free day, what makes the gym different from others is massagers, but they showed me just from a distance, and in order to try you need to buy a full subscription: / because you don’t know how they work at all. my opinion, there is an alternative to this hall, my rating is 0l

This gym is better then any gym around 10 miles.. I have other 2 gym membership then this PF. But this one cleaned a bit alot…thanks for team work

This PF location is fantastic! Seeing the difference between franchises is very eye opening. This location is extremely clean, the employees are very friendly and proactive, and it's open 24/7. This is maybe the best PF location I have been to as far as it feeling worthwhile for my membership.

I wanted to try this gym out to see if the switch from my current one would be worth it. Even though I decided to stay at my current gym, I have nothing but great things to say about this Planet Fitness. The staff is so friendly, informative, and respectful. This didn’t feel like a regular gym and I could see how first-timers would be comfortable going here. The gym is very clean and overall it was a great experience for the few days I tested it out. If you’re looking for a gym membership and not break the bank, I highly recommend this location.

Your normal plant fitness. Purple everything. Lol but definitely much better gym then most expensive onces. You also get what you pay for.

The place is kept very clean. They work hard to make sure everyone keeps distance. The hours are great. And most importantly, every single employee is very nice. They remember everyone who comes in, and are genuinely friendly and not robotic. Highly recommended!
