I really love the planet fitness near me and go all the time. The hours are great, mine is huge and very clean.PF offers great value to those who are just starting out on their fitness journey. It is also a great place for those who are novice and feel a bit embarrassed or fear of being judged while working out around more experienced lifters.Friendly and helpful Staff

At first I like the gym so much, nice and clean but lately some of the new stuff very rude and not professional. One day the young girl Jay was very rude to me and not professional at all! She was helping new people who were interested in getting membership and I stood by the front desk and waited to be helped, but she just ignored me. After 10 min being ignored I said " I am sorry I need only massage, can you just give me the number and you can continue helping new members". Then she said to me " don't you see I am helping them and you are rude, you interrupted me, she also said " I am not going to help you!"Then I said I am sorry my time is also valuable as well, You need to be able to do multitasking and takes 2 seconds just to tell me what bad number I should be going or call some of the other members.

Great place to work out!! I'm glad that I left Charter Fitness for PF. Very friendly staff (Eric and Vince), plenty of equipment and it's well maintained and clean!! Best club I have ever been to thus far. I go during off peak times which is an added bonus and I really like that this club has so many cleaning stations.

Great, in the morning! In the afternoons, forget about it. There are teenagers everywhere, taking selfies just setting on equipment that they are not using.

Went during the weekend and night and some guy with glasses didn’t do anything to help me check in. I’m from a different gym so I gave him my number and he didn’t think it was me because I didn’t have a picture on my account. He told me what should he do like if I worked there. I used to work for planet so I told him to call my location because they know me and they can confirm to let me in, but he said let’s not do that and he just kept looking at me for a answer. I told him I would just leave then. He said it’s only his weekend job so he doesn’t care and he would let me in without checking me in and said he’s just going to act like I never talked to him. If he says it’s only his side how and how he doesn’t care then why would he be working for Plant. Not professional especially for him being in his mid 30’s

The Planet Fitness in Schaumburg has so much variety and perks to make your work out the best. Nice staff and very clean environment. I feel very comfortable there.

Way to busy during the day and I'm unable to get the machines/weights I want but the one i go to is well maintained and the staff is nice

Love this place. Early morning the gym is very very clean and there’s a lot of space. The staff is friendly and equipment is great! Perfect for your average person. Thank you Planet Fitness!
