Oscar Rodriguez is hands down the best! Planet fitness is extremely lucky to have him. Any issues I have had at the gym he has been able to resolve with patience, kindness, compassion and integrity. Ruth is so helpful and very responsive, I had a very welcoming first day and it’s a great experience. I would ask for her if I was going to this location.

Very happy each time. Employees are constantly cleaning. Very polite as well. And you can't beat a gym that is open 24hrs. The 2 employees I have spoken to, Nayelie and manager Michelle, have been very helpful.

I have the ability to workout at most gyms due to my job. Hands down PF is the best in this area. Staff is always helpful, kind, and welcoming. The equipment works and the place is always clean. So many other gyms near by are dirty and the equipment is constantly out of service. The other places are a mess because the clients just leave stuff laying around. Thank you PF for keeping up on things and having a kind and welcoming staff.

10/10 I’ve been to multiple locations and this one (my home location) is by far the best in cook county/Chicagoland the staff are always super friendly and encouraging not to mention they are always on top of any issue that may come up. The Managers are definitely doing a great job at keeping this location top notch.Thank you Don & Michelle for always going the extra mile for your members!
