I love coming to this mountainside because the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, equipment is always clean & updated regularly and the water filter is replaced often

I’m new to the gym and was nervous getting a gym membership but when I came in and talked to Brennen, he was so nice and very helpful with signing up! If you ever need to get a gym membership, ask for Brennen!!

The busiest Mountainside Fitness, especially during lunch hours (11AM-2PM) and immediately after 4PM. Lots of waiting for equipment and free-weights. The constant interactions of people asking, "How many more sets do you have?" or "Can I work in with you?" Not much of an issue, but it is present and a daily occurrence. I get a workout and a few social interactions in, ain't a bad thing per say, but just noting it for others.

I have had the worst experience with this establishment and its staff. The customer service is below the bare minimum that should be provided. I was told not once, but two separate times that money would not be taken out of my account, but it was. Now $80 dollars i wasn’t expecting to be gone is gone. Management told me they would follow up with me, but i had to follow up with them. I was told it would take a couple of days to get my money back and it’s been over a week. Quick to take the money away but not quick to give it back. Clearly don’t care about the customer experience, but like every other commercial gym, just care about the money. Private gyms might be more expensive but at least their customer service is at bare minimum, present.

Brennen was so awesome! He helped with my membership and made it so easy. I’ve gone to so many gyms and they’re not as good as this one. 10/10 recommend going here. Friendly staff, always clean, great for kids while you’re working out, love the classes.
