Seriously the best gym around. The employees are all so friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in to when you leave.I struggled to find a gym with a good child care center for my 17 month old son. And mountainside has the absolute best people there to watch my son while I get my training in. They even change is his diaper. He loves going there and it gives me peace of mind knowing he is well taken care of when I’m training.By far the best gym around. The location is in a perfect place and the people there are the best!If you’re looking for an amazing all around gym THIS mountainside is it!

This location is very nice, big with good quality equipment, and clean .I like this gym because it’s never packed on the days I go there, the staff is nice & helpful . Everyone is friendly.Last but not least the membership is very cheap.Start your new year right & sign up for a membership.

Justin behind the smoothie bar was extremely knowledgeable and helpful picking the best protein shake after a hard workout. Appreciate his energy and attitude. Will definitely be coming to this location more often than my previous, sguaro location!

Worst gym you could go to in the area, it is constantly PACKED. Horrible. All the mountain side gyms I’ve been to are this way. Steer clear of them. Update: the owners don’t do anything they just post general replies to complaints and never do anything about them.

I love this location! The staff is super friendly and the gym is very clean. They have great classes as well. They have a good variety of machines and free weights and a good range of other things to do like TRX & CrossFit space. The locker rooms are always clean and the lockers are a good size. Overall this location is AMAZING!

I cannot recommend this gym enough! All of the workers here are so helpful, nice and kind! They set me up for a complimentary stretch/massage gun session, which was amazing. They also have workout classes and massage chairs for members. If you’re looking for a new gym, this should definitely be your first choice!!

I used to go to the gym in Tempe before transferring here. Both gyms are similar and are decent in terms of equipment. But I noticed that the receptionists at the Tempe gym were far more welcoming than the ones here. People at reception are always busy with talking to each other that they bluntly say "Have a good workout" for the sake of saying without looking at me. Nor do they stop their conversation when someone is at the reception. It would have been better if no one was at the reception in the first place. It feels rude, to be honest.

Most of the bikes in the spin room do not work and are also missing drink holders. The Bluetooth in the room goes in and out thus interrupting the flow of the class. The instructors are amazing and navigate through these challenges but this poor quality of equipment and technology is leadership responsibility. Operating this poor quality of the fitness business has an impact on moral of the members and the instructors. Are you aware of This? And we just walked over to the supplements on the wall and they are expired by 6 months. These supplements that are expired is a reflection of the low quality of leadership in the operations of this location. I hope this comment makes some changes that are positive for your members and instructors.
