Brittany, Bryant, Blake, JD, and Rita at the front Desk at Mountainside are extremely professional, courteous and helpful. They are always friendly and are willing to go above and beyond for the members.

Came here for a drop-in class because my friend is sub-teaching there this week. Drop-in price was $10. A very nice employee (that I felt pretty bad for) had to break it to me that the company recently changed it to $22.50. I had just heard the front desk guy on the phone tell someone the gym membership is $41/mo. So I replied, "That's half a month's membership price!" She replied with a cringe that yes, that is the idea, because they are being pushed to enroll more members. So apparently this jacked up price is supposed to make me want to join this gym. At $15 I would have paid the fee. And I would have gone to another class of hers later this week. I do like Kai, instructor she is subbing for, and have considered dropping into her classes. NOPE. Not anymore!I already belong to another gym and have a personal trainer. This "sales psychology" policy just backfired huge on me. I absolutely will never drop in at that price, nor join this gym even as a backup.The gym floor was incredibly packed. There were people waiting for parking spaces because the parking lot was full. They don't seem to be short on members paying the monthly fees, but they are pushing for more.

I have been a member at this gym for about 2 years and absolutely love the childcare! They are all very kind and attentive!! I’ve just recently started bringing in my 8 month old baby and they do such a fantastic job with him! He loves his time in the childcare! He has gone to a few other Mountianside childcare’s and has to get picked up early but has been able to stay the whole time while in the Shea location! They are all very pleasant and thoughtful. We love this location!!

Great gym experience! Kelsey and Julie were super helpful to an out of towner. Plenty of weights, cardio, etc. Well kept and clean... bonus

McKenna Ballard the GM was awesome on showing us around the gym and helping us sign up for guests pasts.Amazing person, great personality.

I love when I walk through the door and am greeted by Bryant! He took the time to learn my name and he always welcomes me with a smile. It helps to start my workout with those good vibes!

Mountainside Scottsdale Shea has had a lot of upgrades recently to include new machines and an area with several squat racks. It’s a great place to train. Bryant & Brittany are super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Hi. I am Maria Patti, Instructor of Mountainside Fitness Shea since 2007. I am recommending Bryant at the front desk as one of the most wonderful employees we have ever had. He is a warm and courteous Indvidual who greets you in the morning with such happiness. He always remembers your name. He takes great pride in his position. What a gem!

Update: Chandler and Mountainside immediately called me today to get this situation resolved. Chandler clearly told me that personal training at the gym and especially in this large of a group is not allowed. Nor is the behavior of this group called Elliott with taking off their shirts and chanting in the gym the type of behavior they want. I was very impressed and the team at Mountainside is also working on a etiquette class for teenagers. Very pleased with the response and professionalism!I hate to do this but I have to let others know that this gym during peak times, early morning and late afternoons/ early evening is nearly intolerable. Today a mob called the Elliott group took over the gym and made it nearly impossible to get around. They all then took off their shirts, videotaped themselves and then posted for a group photo.
