Went here for personal training with joe. The results were amazing as i lost weight and built muscle. He definitely knows how to get one motivated. I also take my kid to Elite for the batting cages. Its a very clean place. Will continue to use the facility for years toCome.

Elite Gamespeed NEPA is the ideal spot to have a great work out. I’ve been attending the women’s HIIT class and I love it! The workouts are challenging but Joe gives great direction. I highly recommend the class if you need a jump start into working out again and if you like a fun group atmosphere!
