I signed up ast the Kingston, PA location and refuse to go back there. The staff at Pittston are much nicer, the location is cleaner and have a more common sense mask policy.Expect to see me back soon.

Usually like it here, but today, January 4th after the shut down since 12/12/20, and the restrictions being lifted today, I woke up to workout and drove 15 minutes in the snow and got to Planet. I and others were at the door at 5am waiting to workout before work. They were nowhere to be found. The 5am to 10pm and 7-7 weekend hrs since the pandemic were already restricted hrs from he 24hrs we signed up with. Now on the day allowing re-opening...nobody was there! I wasted a trip to and from and a chance to workout after the 3 week shut down. Totally unacceptable to your members...no calls..no emails...nothing. Just change hours as you see fit...without care to your members. Has me thinking about cancelling and changing gyms!

When are you going back to 24/7? I joined when you first opened a long time ago because you were 24/7. Your staff has been saying it's staffing issues for months now. I think if you were to raise your pay for the staff you could get a few overnighters. 10x fitness in Taylor and mountain top has been my go to overnight fitness center. They use an electronic key to access gym after hours. Too bad you couldn't install a similar system for after hours usage.I feel like you are lying to us and you really have no intentions of going back 24.7

The main problem with planet fitness they have so much of the same cardio machine I would like different stair master not just the one with the stairs they don’t have much option regarding cardio. Not everyone wants to run or do elliptical there’s so much more machines out there I wish they would add more variety
