Staff is awesome, always clean can get busy at time

Great gym and great staff. Ya it's crowded at peak times but that's because it's a popular place to exercise

Very clean with a ton of machines overall great experience worked with a trainer lost a bunch of weight

Very friendly staff, clean environment. Bob and weave few people who lack common courtesy and gym etiquette it's a great place!

this is is the worse place you can to your gym so bad coustmer service so bad poeple . you can enroll onl;ine but you cant cancle online and they want charge you but you cant change any thing you always need to go to them i will never go there again

Very clean. Open 24 hours. Equipment is maintained well. And price is cheap at 10 or 20 bucks a month

Love this planet fitness close to home but to get into hydro beds is impossible third time and always a wait. Well maybe next time. But I do get a good workout

Really a rip off!Joined few months ago to find that I don’t use it much then when I was going to cancel, I was charged an annual fee only a day or so prior to calling about canceling.Was told your dues come out first month and if you want to cancel you need to come in person, so in realizing I do t use membership, I go there at end of July in person to cancel-do you think the person at the desk could have said before I cancelled “ oh by the way you were charged your monthly membership fee yesterday “ WHAT?????I told her I was told fees come out on firstNO HELP WHATSOEVERI asked can you reverse it and I’ll use this month?She just looked at me .....said do you want your receipt?THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFFI WAS A MEMBER YEARS ABO AND NO WONDER I CANCELLED THEN.Supposed personal trainer at your service-really-I asked about that one time there, person flipping towel was trainer. I asked two people -all standing around-about what to use for specific training, “personal trainer” kept on flipping towel and didn’t even help. I had to look at her and ask her directly.This place is a waste of money .

Decent, small, crowded, lots of people just sitting on equipment and not actually using it so some what of an annoyance. Place is kept very clean! And super friendly staff!

I talked to the manager about changing the water temperature in the sinks, because it gets so hot that I don't have enough time to wash my hands. The manager said "You're in luck. They're actually coming to check on the plumbing today. I'll tell them to change it." It's been over a week, and there has been no change in the temperature. If a manager can't even provide that task, then that is what is called a terrible manager.
