Great workouts that feel satisfying. I would recommend for intermediate+ level, since there's not too much time for coaches to help with form, etc during the fast-paced class.

Been coming here ever since I moved to Seattle! Love the coaches, love the staff, always getting in a good work out and there is always something new or fun going to help improve yourself!

I have been attending this studio for about 5 years and couldn't be happier with this community. The staff greats you by name when you enter the studio and is engaging before, during and after class. They offer helpful tips in the weight room to make sure your work out is safe and provide upbeat music and encouragement yo get you through the tough parts of class.

On top of and already expensive membership they have a fee for everything. Terrible customer service. “We are holding members accountable by charging fees.” Please! You’re making money any chance you can by nickel and diming your customers. This program isn’t really anything other gyms aren’t already doing. At least other gyms don’t turn you away for any already paid for class for being 5 minutes late. Then charge you for an extra month when you cancel your membership.

I have been working out at Orangetheory's around the country and the instructor Jay here is one of the best I've ever encountered. His workouts are never repetitive, they're challenging, he has great energy, and I have no idea how he coordinates the timing of everything so effortlessly. Great stuff!

Love this studio! The trainers at the UDistrict location are great--they get to know members personally, and help them adapt the daily workouts to fit their goals and needs. This place feels like a true family! I appreciate that the team here keeps the classes structured and under control, but know when and where to let members make adjustments, when to challenge people, and when to help them back off - it's a perfect balance.OTF itself is a really solid workout--the variety within and between each class keeps things interesting and engaging, and the blend of strength and cardio is effective for building strength and endurance over time. Every month, there's at least one benchmark workout or challenge so you can track improvement in different vectors (e.g. speed, distance). Unlike Barry's or other HIIT/bootcamp style gyms, Orangetheory consistently feels safer, with options for moves that might be too advanced for novices, and there's more attention and correction from coaches. There's still enough challenge for serious athletes, though, between the different stations and the rangae of exercises that blend traditional strength training with mobility/stability work and plyo.

I’ve only been going to otf at this location for a few months, but prior to this I went to a different location for a year and a half, and never have I felt so much confidence in class. I’ve had good coaches in the past, but Jay and Kristana are above and beyond. They push me to always do my best because they know I’m capable of more even when I don’t think I am.They both explain everything so well, are both so kind, and it’s also wonderful that they both play such amazing music!!I’m so thankful for both of them, for the confidence I’ve gained, because the confidence has helped me become stronger and I’ve also lost 22lbs since I started coming in and am overall just feeling so much better which is a huge deal, and means everything when I am juggling an autoimmune disorder that’s very unpredictable. And besides all that, this location is great, the front desk staff is amazing and so helpful, and everything is always cleaned and well-stocked (lookin at you hairties 😊)!

Great spot, coaches are full of energy, even in the morning! And a killer cardio workout with some strength mixed in!Had to take away a star because of our experiences with the heart rate monitor. It works for most people, most body types, most skin compositions, etc, but it didn't work for my wife. The staff did a good job (at first) of trying to help. Try a different tightness, different arm, find a vain, etc. But that was still yielding mediocre results (like half the class it would seem like it's working, but half the class it would not be reading any heartbeats. The staff seemed to get more and more frustrated with us continuing to ask for help and "complaining" about it not working. When my wife finally tried to return it and asked for a refund, they said "no, we can't, it's used." with the heart rate and zones and colors being such a big part of the "product" it seems like good customer service to me to give a refund for that type of thing. I feel like they could still use it for rentals? Loaners? Backups? Etc.
