Best workout! You get the accountability and support of a group workout but can individualize the workout to be exactly what you need and what you are caobable of. It’s a judgment free zone no matter what fitness level I am at. Lots of encouragement! And the coaches are friendly and super supportive.

Trainers are great. Facilities are clean, and the workouts are pretty fun. Two problems though. First, they offer very limited set of classes especially on weekends, nothing in the afternoons despite immense demand. I often find myself not being able to use the credits I subscribe to, which is not fair. They should either put more classes or stop ability to sign in for recurring classes. Second, sometimes the music too loud - I wonder if there isn't any government regulation on this as the volume is deafening sometimes. I bet that is not healthy for your ears.

I love the energy of Orangetheory...the music, the coaches and how fast the class goes by. I feel better each class and know that I'm getting stronger. I also appreciate how clean the gym is at all times. It's never been so fun to sweat!
