I would never work out as hard on my own. OTF provides the coaching and motivation. OTF Wedgwood has created a nice community in the neighborhood. We love the coaches too - personality, positive attitude, and a sense of humor make workouts more fun. Good folks all around.

This is my favorite OTF location! First of all, it HAS PARKING!! Second, it is bigger than the other locations. Third, I absolutely LOVE the coaches! Great place!!

Great Overall! Pros/Cons...What I *liked* about OTF: *Jeff, the trainers and all of the staff at the U/Wedgwood facility are great, top notch! *The design of the OTF classes and the overall program is fantastic - row/run/lift for an hour, intervals, change it up each time, etc. What I think could be *improved* about OTF: *Too expensive! I may have continued with the Unlimited subscription year round, even though I do a ton of cycling March thru October each year, for $99/month (total including all taxes and fees). $175/month is just way too steep for my budget and well beyond what I feel it is worth to maintain year round. *Difficult and time-consuming to get into the classes you want. Takes a lot of time, almost daily if you're looking to do 4-6 classes per week, scheduling in the app and going weeks out to reserve class times and still it was tough and I ended up on wait lists a lot. Something should be done about that (imho) to make OTF as an overall program/product truly the very BEST relative to the many other fitness options available! Also, it made me wonder if individual clubs may be allowing too many subscribers relative to what their facility can reasonably accommodate for basic availability and scheduling.

Love it. Full body work out in one hour. Work out a lot of muscles I wouldn’t normally myself. Coaches are knowledgeable and motivating.

Great one hour HIIT workout. Coach led interval training with emphasis on keeping momentum to stay in the higher heart rate zones. Excellent staff.

There's so much I love about the workout! I enjoy not knowing what the workout is going to be that day because I won't get bored when I'm kept on my toes. I also love the variety of equipment we use from the tread, weights and rowing. The thing that really helps me is during the workout is knowing how long I need to push, how long I need to row, or how many reps we're doing. The hour goes by so fast!
