Stop withholding pricing information. My first inquiry via email was to find out the price and the person that replied danced around the information until I kept repeating my direct question. She actually stated that they don't reveal pricing until after you've tried a class. Listen. I have a budget and that budget will not change just because a class was fun. I need to know before I walk in the door if this gym will suit my financial lifestyle. I'm a former crossfiter and was considering this as an alternative. That also means I'm also familiar with higher prices. I can look at any crossfit gym in the country and find direct pricing information without ever having to talk to someone. I eventually got a price per class out of the person over email, but it still didn't reveal the monthly price. Instead of wasting more time talking to someone who works here, I Googled it. Turns out it's cheaper than crossfit. However, because of the dishonesty and pushback, I decided to join a cheaper gym.Take notes, Orangetheory. Honesty really is the best policy. Please pass this on to corporate.

I love the coaches, and the full body + cardio workout. I love the efficiency of being able to reserve a space in class and knowing I'm hitting my heart rate via the heart rate monitor. I pretty much love everything about OTF.

Very unorganized front desk. I had no idea how treadmill cards worked or that I needed to sign up for a certain treadmill, my gym in NC is different and we just keep our tread cards. A member approached me and was very upset that she did not even have a place to workout in the weight floor and if that was me I would be furious. Unfortunately will not be back.

Everyone was super welcoming and friendly and during the workout the coach was encouraging and helpful! I went in feeling intimidated and scared but came out feeling super excited!

I am so glad that I took my first class on a whim at OrangeTheory! I honestly hate exercising but was starting to gain weight again and yoga just wasn't doing enough for me physically and didn't have many class options.OrangeTheory is SO addicting for stats nerds like me, because you get to watch your heart rate consistently throughout the class to get real-time feedback on how you're doing. The instructors have all been amazing so far and even though it's only my second week I am so hooked! I would highly recommend giving this place a shot, the energy and passionate people that work there make it actually fun to exercise which I never thought I would say.

I love going to orange theory ballard, all of the coaches are super friendly and bring a ton of energy to class. I have really noticed an improvement in my cardio vascular health and i love how i can track my progress over time. Its a bit pricey, but its definitely worth it if you go consistently to get your moneys worth. Workouts are fun, you know, as fun as working out is... and go by fast which is the important part. scheduling is a breeze and the facility is top notch.
