I’ve been a member a Tiltshift for about a month now and the community within Tiltshift is amazing. Chelsea and the rest of the coaches are amazing and EXTREMELY supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Tiltshift!!!

I love this gym! The coaches are excellent, so knowledgeable, and patient PLUS the programming is really challenging even if you've been doing this for years or just a few weeks. Their community too is so welcoming and friendly, it's a really great place!!

I love Tiltshift. I learned so much in the last year; proper movement, breathing through exercise and I really appreciate the coaches teaching how to stretch and use a foam roller to relieve achy muscles. Thanks, Tiltshift.

Tiltshift is a very welcoming environment. If you have ever been intimidated to try CrossFit- this is the place to be. Chelsea knows every client who walks through the door, meets them where they are at physically, but pushes them to get to the next level.

I started CrossFit 1 year ago with Tiltshift as a new activity during the pandemic. I didn’t realize I would be this into it a year later. Prior to joining I was just doing my own bodybuilding routine at the gym and mixing in some Barrys Bootcamp every now and then. I now attend classes regularly aiming for 5 days a week and sometimes I’ll take a Barry’s class to mix it up. I love the variety of exercises and the programming Chelsea and the coaches come up with. I feel like I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my overall fitness, but still have a lot to learn. I can’t wait to get my first Bar and Ring muscle ups and to hopefully be able to handstand walk someday haha. The barbell work with Olympic lifts has really helped strengthen my back and broaden my shoulders. I’ve also really learned to be able to develop better mind to muscle connection through various warmups and activities during class. The people and the community are what make the experience so much better than just grinding away at the gym alone. Everyone I’ve met is very encouraging and wants everyone to enjoy themselves in their fitness journey.

Where to start? Chelsea is the real deal and she has created something incredible at TiltShift. It’s not just advertising, the gym is truly inclusive to all. The coaches all have skills and equipment to push advanced athletes to their absolute best and others kindly to gentle improvement no matter where you are at in your personal fitness journey. I can’t say enough positive about this experience. Thank you to everyone at TiltShift for helping me make my way after childbirth, a serious injury and life in general. I am loving accepting where I am at, and aspiring to where I will go. Kind regards, Liz Townsdin

Tiltshift may be one of the best Crossfit places in Seattle. coaching is 10/10, membership make-up 10/10, and the programming is definitely 10/10.Of note: I have been a member of a number of different CF boxes in Seattle over the last 10-12 years, so I feel like I can say confidently that Tiltshift stands out from the rest. Here's why.Keeping it real: the coaching here is much more centered around achievement of YOUR goals, not the gym's goals. This leads to a place where you can feel included and empowered to do your best and that's enough. Where CF gets its bad rep is often rooted in the idea that the whiteboard must be all massive weights and Rx PRs. Don't get me wrong, Tiltshift is challenging and you'll get pushed, but artful coaching leads that pushing to be from inside you, not at you.Community: See above. The result of less bro dude 'tude from the coaching team leads to a stronger and more accepting community. I'm in decent shape and I'm outgoing and social, but I've ALWAYS felt intimidated at Crossfit gyms, I just figured it came with the territory. Until now.So sign up, drop in if you're traveling, come by and see how great you can feel in the right environment.

As a new Crossfitter I was hesitant and a little intimidated by getting started, but Tiltshift has made it a great experience. Chelsea and crew are fostering a really great environment and community for all types of people at all skill and fitness levels. Highly recommend!

Great inclusive community at this gym. I was in need of a kickstart after gyms were closed during the pandemic and my home program wasn’t cutting it. So glad I found Tiltshift! Coaches are great and the programming is right-sized for a challenge and may be modified when an athlete needs it.
