Give Tiltshift a try! You will find it all here- top notch professionally trained coaches, smaller class sizes, clean equipment and space, diverse WOD programming and an amazing community! I was very nervous about trying out crossfit for the first time. Tiltshift coaches and members made my initial classes welcoming and comfortable. The coaches continue to work with me daily on how to scale workouts based on my abilities. Tiltshift provides a fitness opportunity for all skill levels. I love the commitment the coaches and members have to the White Center community!

Visited Tiltshift Lab CrossFit for the first time last week. Have to say that they're one of the best gyms I've ever been to! Normally when I travel I like to visit different boxes every day but the community at Tiltshift is so welcoming and the coaching staff is top notch for all levels I didn't want to go anywhere else.Tons of equipment (more than I've seen at most gyms), beautiful view of the water, the very rare men's and women's locker room complete with showers...YES!!! They have showers!!! Made them my new fitness family in Seattle. Best of all they have a gym dog Luna who is unbelievably sweet and the perfect ambassador for the gym.Whether you're new to CrossFit or just starting out I highly recommend them and will definitely be back whenever I'm in the area. Thank you Chelsea and the rest of the Tiltshift Lab Community! You guys were amazing and I can't wait to be back there just to workout with you all again!!

Lots of space, friendly coaches that give positive encouragement and help you get better! I also really like that the space is clean! Makes a huge difference. Dedicated parking is a huge plus.

I love working out with Charlie! She makes it challenging and comfortable to work out. The space is great and the sunset is beautiful at the new location.

I'm writing a review because I do NOT come from a fitness background and I feel like people should know how instructive, patient and motivating the folks at The Lab have been.Something I have a hard time with at regular gyms is that I want to be able to push myself to build strength, but I dont have the background in weight training to feel confident that I will be executing exercises appropriately. Not only is it embarassing to dumbly flail about on different gym machinery, it's potentially dangerous. I've tried other trendy fitness programs, such at Orange Theory, but I love the strength building aspects of CrossFit and those Orange Theory classes, while they are fantastically motivating when it comes to cardio execises, they are usually so over burdened and crowded that I hardly get any insight about whether I'm even perfoming the exercises correctly-- I'm way uncoordinated y'all. I've actually encountered this over crowding problem at other crossfit gyms, as well, but it's defiitely less common. What I love about The Lab, and the trainers there particularly, is that while I can see that they are busy, and they can't always parent me, they not only give me instruction, but they celebrate me when I execute things correctly, and most importantly, they make me feel ok when I don't know how to do something right. It's so helpful to feel accepted, supported and celebrated. You guys are just the motivation an uncoordinated girl like me needs.Keep it up guys! I wish all gyms could make me feel as empowered as you folks do. :)

I'm a visiting Olympic lifter from the Tacoma area and I was hoping to do a drop-in lift today (Saturday, January 2nd) to adhere to my weightlifting programming. I arrived at the gym around 10:30 and was excited to see people already lifting. When I tried to join, I was essentially told to kick rocks. You can walk into literally any Olympic lifting facility south of the Seattle area and be welcomed with open arms, ESPECIALLY on a Saturday. Always thought that was kind of an unwritten rule in the Oly community, but hey I've only been at this for 3-4 years at different gyms around the northwest.

The Lab is a standout amongst CrossFit gyms because it is so much more than just CrossFit. The spacious gym has a dedicated weightlifting area, mobility area & open gym hours. You can get your sweat on in a class or stop in mid day to do some lifting/skill work. So stop looking for your next gym & just go to the Lab, you won't be sorry.

Two things you need to know about The Lab: 1. It's the best Crossfit gym in Seattle - best programming, best coaches, best facility (it even has showers - that's tough to find at Crossfit gyms). Whatever your fitness level is The Lab can help you move forward on your fitness journey - exercising for the first time since you were 10, recovering from an injury and getting back to exercising, or in good shape and looking for something new to push you - The Lab is your place.2. Amazing community of people making healthy-living a priority. Everyone started somewhere and many have come a long ways. There is never any judgement about where someone is on the path to healthy living, just a lot of support, encouragement, and resources to learn more about healthy living choices. Check out The Lab. You'll look back on that decision as one of the best you made in your life.

TheLab’s new location in Fremont is fantastic. With still the same focus on solid & versatile programming and customized workouts for all ability levels, TheLab’s larger space and expanded class and open-gym hours, makes this the top xfit/strength & conditioning gym in Seattle. Whether you’re a veteran xfitter or brand new to the sport, TheLab has something to offer you. Not to mention an awesome community of athletes that will sweat, cheer, motivate and improve with you each day. Come play! …did I mention the post-workout BBQs?!

TheLab's new location is awesome! Great, huge space for everything you could possibly want to do in a CF box. Still has open gym hours when you can't make it to one of the classes :) And of course, the programming and coaches are just as fantastic as they were before. Also nice to have a variety of specialty clubs/seminars/classes to improve in specific areas of CF to supplement the WODs.
