I didn’t know a lot about CrossFit when I joined Tiltshift CrossFit, I just need to get in shape. What I found at Tiltshift was a supportive group of friendly people interested in fitness and health. It feels like home to me and I can’t wait for my next class.The workouts are explained in detail by the coaches and I can always ask questions. Proper form is highly emphasized at Tiltshift. I am 57 years old and I have gained muscle and lost weight. I’ve been going for a year and CrossFit training at Tiltshift is a lifestyle that I love!

Tiltshift is the first gym I ever joined as an adult. From the beginner's series to our dynamic warmups and the workout itself, I always feel welcome and supported. As someone with anxiety, I really appreciate the feeling of community here; I never feel scared to ask for help and the coaches are there when I'm overwhelmed. Not to mention: I've definitely gained strength since starting!! <3

I have had gym memberships for the past 30 years in hopes that I was active and taking good care of myself. But in hindsight, those experiences were not what I needed (aka I rarely went). It wasn’t until I started going to Tiltshift that I ever regularly attended and used my membership to the fullest. Chelsea and the coaches deliver the CrossFit experience with expertise and care. I show up at 5am daily to a WOD, a coach having already thought about scaling it to my ability, and me feeling stronger and more able everyday. I keep coming back because of the coaches, the expertise, the community. I leave everyday taking with me the incredible idea that I just did something I thought I could never do. This place and all it holds- all it gives, is a gift.

When my friend and I turned 50 last year, she had (what I thought to be) a ridiculous idea…”Let’s do CrossFit.” My first thought was “no way.” She put me in charge of exploring CrossFit options in our area. When I landed on the Tiltshift website, first thing I saw was the “Gratitude” picture. I knew this was the one gym I’d be willing to try.I’ve now been a member at Tiltshift for 9 months. It has truly been a life changing experience. I’ve gone from being unhealthy physically and mentally to realizing my own strength and capabilities. This is all due to the Tiltshift coaches and atmosphere at the gym. The coaches are amazing. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, give you options to be successful with your current physical abilities and push you just enough to realize you’re stronger than you think. I’ve gone from going to the gym two days a week to going to the 5 a.m. class five days a week. Not just for the physical workout but because it’s become the best way physically and mentally to start my day.

I’ve worked out at a number of different CrossFit gyms and Tiltshift has consistently been one of the bests. Whether you’re brand new to CrossFit and have years of experience, the coaches here know how to best engage where you’re at. I’ve also always found the workouts to be “fun” no matter how hard they are (fun being relative). I’ve been to other gyms where it’s just a slog of a workout and that just doesn’t happen here. Anyway, I highly recommend Tiltshift

If you have never tried CrossFit or are a competitive athlete, Tiltshift is the place to be!!! The workouts and programming are well planned and easily modified to fit all levels of fitness. The coaches are truly invested I. Making sure that not only are you getting a great workout but doing so safely. But the best let of Tiltshift is the community!!! You truly feel like a part of a team!!!

The sooner you join, the sooner you'll gain epic pride in your accomplishments and progress :). This group is kind, encouraging and accommodating for all skill levels, and dedicated to the success of their members. I was nervous when I started and asked the owner to recommend a good coach for beginners. She told me that it doesn't matter, since they're all excellent, and 8 weeks later I've trained with 6+ Tiltshift coaches and can confirm👍. I highly recommend that anyone take a tour and learn about the gym to see if it's a good fit.

I was traveling from Seattle and needed to drop in for a workout between long flights. I got the chance to be a part of the noon class at Tiltshift. Absolutely loved this place. The coach Chelsea was so inviting and positive! She taught the class of about 12 very well and led up through each movement. Got to meet some cool people who like to work hard! Overall just a great experience and I’ll definitely be back.

After a 2 year hiatus from any type of gym I needed a workout routine that would meet my current needs as well as help me improve and get back to where I was. Tiltshift has been that and more. Coaches are amazing, members are welcoming and encouraging. The gym is super clean, well organized and has all the equipment necessary for a great workout. So happy I made the choice to join!

Tiltshift is an amazing place to go and get a solid workout. The coaches are amazing and will give you alternatives if you have an injury (I have rehabbed a bad shoulder). They work with all skill levels and other members are welcoming and encouraging. The owner wants to make sure that you start things off right and teaches free into courses herself. I've been going to Tiltshift for the last 7 months and have well over 100 workouts in. Classes are offered throughout the day to fit your schedule. Definitely recommend.
