I've been going to FTF for almost two years. I was really nervous about getting started as I had a little experience with pole previously, but generally I am very inflexible and can't dance to save my life. The studio is really welcoming, the classes are great, and it's been really affirming to watch myself slowly get better over time. The instructors are great at challenging the students while also providing support and specific feedback.

Brittany provided an amazing private pole dancing class for my bachelorette. She broke every step down and was so patient and kind which made it so fun for my friends and I!

The instructors are really kind and helpful. They do a great job of explaining the technique and give ample time for beginners like myself to get used to the different moves. Would highly recommend!

Took the community intro to pole class, and not only do I love their commitment to making pole dancing accessible, Abby was an absolutely amazing instructor. She was so encouraging and broke down each move in a way that was so easy to understand. I dragged my wife along and didn't expect her to enjoy the class so much too, and now we are planning on signing up for more classes. Highly, highly recommend!

I took intro to pole and had a great experience. More focus on warm up than the last two studios I’ve taken classes at, and a fun, high energy instructor who kept the class engaged and challenged

I was visiting from out of town and took Level 4 with Quinn! Such a great class. Quinn broke down all the moves and gave me awesome prep for twisted grip handsprings. I am looking forward to continuing to work on class content. The other students were very friendly and welcoming. I would take this class again (and likely will).

I had intro to pole class with Abby. She is very detail oriented and thorough in teaching how to safely grip the pole and stay in control when doing spins and sits on the pole. Highly recommend!Edit: it's been 1.5 years since I started pole at this studio and I still highly recommend. Great studio to learn beginner level up to advanced safely. Instructors are knowledgeable in physiology, promote safe training practices, and accommodate classes for variety of skillsets. There is also a huge variety of dance and tricks based classes to choose from.

Awesome intro class with Quinn today. She taught a phenomenal foundation, with a great warm up. She spotted me so I could try a new thing. She caught me when I lost control, and gently guided me to the floor. Thanks for saving me from falling, giving us a great work out, and fun new moves!

For all classes I’ve been to, the instructors are knowledgeable and truly care about you and your progress. They have kept the studio meticulously clean and spaced out for Covid. My favorite thing about this studio is the way they make everyone feel welcome, which is, in my opinion, one of the most important things a pole studio can do. Classes are always challenging and exciting. I’ve been to pole studios in Boston and other cities, and I truly believe we are lucky to have this place in our community!

Vibe/esthetic- 5 everything was so clean and contemporary and cool vibes.Poles- 5 poles were high enough I can do dramatics and I felt so secure and safe, no wobbles.Instructor- I was thought by most of the instructors at a previous studio but Rachel was attentive and clear. I recommend newbies to go and seasons ones to go back and polish your skills.
