Not the best but not the worst. Any customer complaints are not taken seriously and you will receive a rude email from the director of operations gaslighting you of your concerns. Surveys are not anonymous either, they will email and harass you if it is not a perfect score.

After being a member for more than ten years I cancelled my membership because they refused to get a few new exercise mats. They also took away the mats they had. And they suggested me to bring my own. There are so many dumbbells but no mats. Not everyone has to or wants to lay down on the floor where there are millions of germs.

For a commercial gym, this place is excellent. They have no issues with deadlifts, squats, serious lifting etc. No lunk alarm BS here.Staff is very friendly. Facilities are clean.Equipment is excellent. Lots of squat racks. Multiple flat benches, two incline, one decline.Overall excellent for free weights. Decent amount of cardio equipment. I don't use that as frequently.Open floor space for miscellaneous. I can't think of a better term. Basically room to do stretching, calisthenics, farmer walks, box jumps etc.Deducted one star because it's often crowded. People go here because it's nice. I totally get why it's crowded. Great for the owners. It's just a bit too much for me at times. It's a good gym or it wouldn't be crowded. I pay for training to get access to more space at the gym as well as the training itself.Parking can be difficult when it's crowded. Nearby street parking is just 1 hour max. You'll be there longer when its crowded. Getting a spot on a rack or bench is difficult when it's crowded.**note about parking added later** I just learned the hotel parking lot above the gym lot is overflow parking. That improves things.

Good gym but they don’t seem to actually consider customer suggestionsWhen I'd come home from college I came here and now that I've graduated I'm looking for a long term gym. I've been trialing others in the area but everything is far too expensive and not big enough to justify the price. GymIt is definitely the best value I've seen, but does anyone know if they've put mirrors in front of all those squat racks? Or if they're going to soon? It's the only thing preventing me from joining again. Having a mirror when I squat/deadlift is big for me and I think they only have 2 other squat racks with mirrors, but I'd always have to wait for those.
