Down to earth coaching stuff, and good mix of workouts. I did the 6 week challenge and recommend others to try it as well who haven’t don’t CrossFit before.

Best CrossFit gym in the greater Boston area. Excellent coaching and close community. No frills, just fitness.

This is my first CrossFit experience and I have to say that CrossFit Arsenal has me hooked. The coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable, the programming is on point, and the members are welcoming as well as motivating.

Was nervous getting back into a gym after COVID. Let alone a CrossFit gym because of fear of injury and not being able to fit in. But joining CrossFit Arsenal was one of the best decisions I could make. Super friendly and inclusive gym and one of the best workouts you can get!

I decided to try out CrossFit to help me improve my running. For my last marathon training cycle I topped out at 61 miles/week and felt like I was not improving - even regressing- despite all my hard work, which left me feeling pretty frustrated and demoralized. My SIL suggested CrossFit and I can already tell a difference and see improvements in my running after going just 3 times a week for a month and running significantly less miles per week. The exercises are far out of my wheelhouse (I can’t do a real push-up), but the coaches are really welcoming and make you feel supported regardless of fitness level. They will scale back the exercises to a level that’s appropriately challenging for you. I would recommend this gym for all levels - people brand new to CrossFit to experienced CrossFitters.

I started in June and have been pretty regular. Love how the workouts are set throughout the week. Any day you go in you won’t feel you haven’t worked out because some days there are shorter AMRAPS and some days there are longer like 30 or 40 min AMRAPs. Love the energy and welcoming vibe of the gym by the trainers. Every day for every workout modifications are suggested to cater to all kinds of fitness level which is great.

When I joined CFarsenal, I was beyond intimidated from hearing how hardcore CrossFit gyms were but quickly realized what a welcoming, encouraging, and fun(ny) group it was.The coaches really take the time to show you proper technique and form, which I needed a lot of help with (thanks for your patience!)Go for the fitness, stay for dry humor. And whatever you do, don’t make eye contact with Marcus :)
