Very special place! My partner and I reached out to the owners (Monia and Tina) about private yoga lessons. They were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We only did two sessions, but I'm sure if we could have done more they would have been great too! I've also taken a few classes at this studio and they are great. Go there!

I found this studio via LastPass and have become a full unlimited pass member. Monia and Tina, the owners of the studio, are welcoming, friendly, and truly caring people who are passionate about what they do. I came here as a complete newbie to yoga with the thought that it was just a mindfulness thing and that it wouldn't be physically intense enough for what I like, but quickly found my preconceptions disproved! I love that the instructors teach the basics but also walk you through how to make things more intense or challenging if you so choose -- the atmosphere is truly inclusive and welcoming to all levels. Even if you are completely new, there is no judgment and I was inspired by some of the more advanced poses that I aspired to be able to accomplish someday. All of the instructors are truly wonderful and have cultivated a space for mental and physical wellness, community, and overall mindfulness. I'm addicted to coming here and am trying to get my friends to give it a try, too! This is also conveniently located near Market Basket and just across the street from Union Square Donuts, which is perfect for a post-workout treat. :)

A beautiful space! Kind and knowledgeable instructors! A variety of classes from slow flow, to advanced vinyasa, to yoga sculpt, makes anyone feel welcome wherever they are in their yoga and fitness journey. Coming to class here is the best part of my week :)

MOTA is a great space for anyone interested in wellness, at any level of ability or experience. I've enjoyed the classes I've taken with Tina, Monia, and other teachers. In addition to yoga classes, the studio fosters wellness and builds community in other ways, like Sunday run club or cabin retreats. As someone who had never taken a real yoga class before MOTA, I'm very glad I discovered it.
