I was visiting a friend in Detroit this past weekend, and I worked out at this location for the first time. Very friendly staff, clean floors(!!), and the equipment is very well kept. I will work out at this location each time I visit my friend.

I think this location needs the ventilation/air pressure assessed. It seems like it extracting more air than it has to offer causing imbalanced pressure. Maybe it needs a better makeup air exchange or something? It's difficult for me to work out here because I can't seem to equalize my ears again until I leave the facility. It's a little dizzying, not conducive to working out.Love the idea and location, it's generally clean.

My biggest complaint is that they are not open late on the weekends. The night staff are so friendly and make sure you are safe on your way out. I wish I could say the same for the afternoon/evening staff. The person I assumed was the manager based on his uniform (white man in a all black outfit/hat) was rude to me when I came in saying my profile was incomplete and acting like I should have known even when I had been coming in for over a week to this location. I already had some anxiety going in at that time with the crowds and this just made me feel awkward coming in. I will stick to my night shift crew as they are the best.

Requires you to cancel membership in person during a global pandemic with nearly 7 million people dead.This is criminal behavior if you ask me.

I’ve been going to this location for 2 years and the only think I have a problem with is the staff. Most of them are very young and are there just to socialize on the clock. Multiple times I have called the location to ask questions regarding my membership and I’ve been hung up on in the middle of conversation and just overall ignored.

First couple times there,I was convinced.Left LA Fitness better planet was cleaner, newer equipment and more cardio options.

I really enjoy this location. It is very clean and the app makes it helpful to figure out when to stop in. The staff seems very friendly.

This is the best location I've been to and I'm proud to call it my home gym. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's always clean there's ample parking and thanks to the app I never have to wait for a machine.
