Same issue as other members. They charged me after closing the restarted my membershup without my approval and kept charging me and won"t refund. I called my bank and filed a dispute. PH needs to freeze all membershups and only reactivate when people feel safe to return. Ironically they are on Crooks road!

Why was the cops called randomly when no one is here at 5AM??? 😂😂 already on weird stuff, I left. I walk in and scan my phone and dude was immediately on mess talking about, “you can’t bring in the gallon of water in the floor.” Like I didn’t even say anything to you.. I replied, I’m leaving it in the locker. And he said “oh.”Baby.. I left. No thank u. Immediately since it wasToo early and I’m not even in The mood for the Karen vibes in 2021.

I called the cancel my membership in March and was surprised to see a charge on my bank account last month for a membership fee. I called to cancel, yet again, and was told that they could cancel my membership but I would be billed for the next month, which they could not control. My next question was if they could issue me a refund because this situation was their fault (I didn’t even ask to have the previous month refunded because accidents happen), at that point I was transferred to the manager just to be told that the payment would automatically be taken from my bank account, there’s nothing I can do about it, and once Planet Fitness has your money they won’t refund it. Common sense would say no one should be giving their bank account information to Planet Fitness (the only way to sign up for an account). Consumer beware!

I Just joined after training at home due to cov 19, the gym is clean the staff are very friendly professional and helpful. Planet has All the equipment anyone would need. Great place to get in shape!!Thanks planet

The gym is very clean and nice. My only complaint is that every time my friends and I go when this one employee is working, we feel very unwelcome. We understand an employee is going to look at you when you sign although, the look we feel we get is very rude and judgmental. This continues throughout the gym. Not sure if it’s the masks or what but we don’t appreciate the constant staring.
