Life changing experience. Never have I felt so in control of my life. I sought out this program to look and feel better about myself, but I have gotten so much more out of it. I can’t imagine not having a support of my trainer in my future.

I never expected to learn so much about fitness, nutrition, sleep and mindset...and how they all work together. I am a different person than I was 18 months ago when I first joined. Forge Fitness was precisely what I needed and was looking for, post-pandemic. The trainer I work with, Sammie, is attentive, responsive, and there when I need her. I plan to continue working with her and Forge Fitness for the foreseeable future. Highly recommended. As a client, I am truly treated as an individual, and my programs reflect that. Plus, I get a lot of benefit from my weekly virtual meetings with my trainer. Again, Forge has exceeded my expectations.

I've never been overweight, but it was clear that I was developing a dad bod as I neared middle age. After being with Forge Fitness for over 7 months now, I can honestly say it's the best health and fitness decision I've ever made. Coach Tate is perfect in helping me establish realistic and effective exercise and meal goals that have set me up for a lifetime of positive habits. I lost 4 inches from my waistline and I've never been stronger. I really can't praise this program enough.

I really struggle with working out and just hit my 300th workout with Forge! I work with Tate and he’s been such a huge support and very understanding when things need to be adjusted because life happens. He understands that staying in shape and meeting your goals isn’t entirely about working out.

I was looking for a trainer to keep me accountable; to build realistic workouts for me that I could incorporate into my life, versus a quick fix that's not sustainable. I've been at it for 3 months and am very much appreciating my coach's (Tate) approach. I learn a little each meeting and the biggest piece for me is the sustainability of it. Working out has become a piece of my world, not my everything to get a beach body in 6 weeks. I don't dread my workouts and love the variety provided. Very happy to have signed up with Forge 😁

The Forge Fitness team and my personal coach, Coach Tate, provided an incredible experience in every way. The content, workouts, and advice were all specifically tailored to my level and goals. Tate is a rock star. He was a great mixture of motivator, encourager, and advisor and I'd recommend him as a coach without hesitation. This model of training works and is worth it. I'm more aware of my health (including training, food, sleep, etc.), able to maintain healthy habits and got one of the best annual physical reports from my doc I've ever had after working with Forge and Coach Tate for a year.

Coaches are really helpful and attentive. They work with you based on your fitness level and interests. I definitely improved my eating habits on their watch.
