This location of Kaia Fit Sierra is full of bad*ss women! The coaches are super supportive and will modify any work out for your individual needs!5/22 Update: Kaia Fit Sierra is amazing! They are doing so much right now to support the ladies of Kaia!1/9/23 update: This location has a lot of space and is full of welcoming coaches and people:)5/14/23 update: I love how much space there is at this gym. And the trees outside the window make it feel very calming inside.... even when you are doing a ton of burpees 🤣

Kaia Fit Sierra - Sparks is my favorite place to be! There’s such a diverse class offering you never get bored, from Barre to Cross-Training, and Cycle to Lift! The woman are so encouraging and empower each other throughout every workout! There’s no better place to be to become the best version of you!
