I appreciate her ability to not only listen to what my needs and concerns are, she also can and does push me to achieve results for myself that I sometimes am not willing to believe for myself. Sondra has been my trainer for almost 2 years now and I love her! She carefully listens and knows just how much to push me. She's encouraging and non judgmental when I slip off my food wagon too. I appreciate her kind and level headed approach with me.
