I hate the way the business is run. Staffed hours for my location are not listed on the website so I could never get to talk to someone in person. I went many times during the week and no staff was ever present. Doors are locked so if you lose your card you can’t get in to talk to the staff to get a new one. When I call no one answers and there was never an option to leave a voicemail even though they told me by email that I could’ve left a voicemail. I’ve called many times; I really tried and never did it go to voicemail. My first time lifting weights two other members stood behind me and laughed and conversed about my lack of skill. The atmosphere feels very negative and not beginner friendly. Overall just a really bad experience. The equipment is nice and the gym is clean, but that’s it. I expressed my issues through email but I was dismissed so I canceled my membership.

So far I am enjoying Snap Fitness on Grand. It’s close to me, so that’s a huge bonus.I am using the “Active and Fit” program so the monthly payments are more than manageable (around $30 a month). The gym is clean and I haven’t run into any members that are jerks or dimwitted egotistical TicTok “influencers” - another huge plus for me!The gym has everything I need in terms of equipment as well. Plus, so far, it has never been packed in there or busy to the point where I can’t use a workout machine/station or cardio equipment.Thanks.

Gym refuses to tell you there memberships prices without getting all your personal information first.

I called to get some information on becoming a member, but was frustrated that nobody answers the phone; you just get a voicemail informing you the $5 charge on your bill is because you left equipment out. So, I learned there will be annoying hidden fees. I also determined the staff are just too busy to answer the phones, or to maintain the equipment. Not really a good start to a business relationship, and certainly not the image you want to project to potential customers.I learned all I needed to from that brief interaction.

Clean gym with lots of parking. seem to be on top of things, and was super helpful getting us set up. Open 24/7 and an overall great choice for around here

Update: A lot has changed with this gym in the last two years. The whole staff has been turned over so none of the people who made this gym great are still here. The don't have any staff that are on premise and all their sales are done virtually so the gym is hardly ever cleaned or stocked. Equipment is broken and doesn't get fixed. They say to report any damage which I did multiple times with no responses. You can tell that management has really lost touch with their customers. I'm all about supporting small local business but this establishment really needs to re-engage with their customers before it's too late.I've been going to this gym for about 2 years now. Definitely a neighborhood type feel. Always clean and rarely crowded. Management is great and receptive to suggestions. Not a ton of equipment but it has everything I need. What it lacks in quantity it makes up for in quality. It's nice to walk in and always see a familiar smiling face.

The gym is small and not much equipment but it gets the job done. The only reason I’m giving it a 1 star is because of the person who works there named Holly. She has horrible customer service skills. Always incredibly rude. I’ve known 2 employees who worked there and quit because of her. Which is why they are never staffed. Always greeted with with silence, unfriendly face and an unfriendly personality From Holly. I’ve heard a few complaints from the members as well. And yet she’s still there.

It’s perfect for what I need. It’s basically a hotel gym where you can go in, get your workout done, and leave. Best part, I don’t have to deal setting aside an area for a home gym and the price is worth the money!
