Nice little gym! Wish there were some more machines and a little bit more room, but if you are a bit creative you'll be able to get a great work out in!

If you are looking for a CLEAN gym with excellent equipment and ZERO wait between your sets and reps....SNAP Fitness on the South Hill is THE gym...!!!! Friendly staff and complimentary coffee! Love it.

I have been to Snap Fitness all over the US and this particular location is the best I have seen. It is EXTREMELY clean and the staff is very friendly. When I walk in, I feel like Norm from Cheer's. They shout out my name and make me feel at home. This will always be my gym.

Yes, 30 day cancellation notice is annoying

OK Gym, but it is very annoying when they make you do a 30 day cancellation notice. So you have to pay for a whole month that you don't even use, because obviously I want to cancel my membership! It is just a huge trap to get money that they don't deserve because I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP, why would I want to use it for 30 more days??? Not a good business policy, but a good money making policy for the company. They do NOT put the customer first.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CONSIDER A MEMBERSHIP AT SNAP FITNESS.....The staff and the owner are all extremely rude. they are in the business for the money only. they do not care about you or your well being. the owner of snap fitness literally told me he didn't care if i posted negative reviews and or filed with the BBB and it was over a $30 dollar non payment. i asked him to act like a human and at least work with me. he says "pay me my $30 or i will give you a late fee" and hangs up on me. in my opinion it is absolutely in your peoples best interest NOT to join this gym. if something can be loved with all of a hart, snap fitness is HATED with all of mine. FUC& YOU snap fitness. YOU ARE THE PEOPLE THAT GIVE GYMS A BAD NAME.

I'm giving them a very low review because the telemarketer who called us lied about receiving a free membership and my wife supposedly signed us up. While I have never been to this place, I have no respect for people who call and lie to sell their product.
