I would’ve put ZERO stars, don’t trust this owner they told me that my membership would end on December 8th, 2021 and I have continued to been billed for every month. They refuse to shut down my account after numerous phone calls and numerous acts of trying to contact the owner/boss lady that apparently gets all the emails. She won’t respond even though I have proof that our contract was going to end months ago. This snap fitness is a complete gym scam. The only reason I got a membership there was so I didn’t have to wear a mask during Covid.

Its okay but very small. However it is extremely clean, this is perfect for older folks or beginners in the gym!

Terrible gym, please, save your time and money!!! Horrible service, bad equipment, tiny gym, and incredibly unhelpful!! Not to mention, when I went in to cancel I’m certain whoever I was talking to was on meth, I’ve never seen someone grinding their teeth and tweeking so much in my life.

Updating this review to reduce it to 1 star.Several months ago, my fiancee had an incredibly difficult time terminating her membership. Nobody was in when she would come by during business hours, calls go unanswered and unreturned, and emails were similarly useless. We resorted to leaving written notes at the reception desk, during what were supposed to be staffed business hours. Finally, after a hectic, tense exchange with management, we were told her membership was cancelled. Thankfully, we have retained documentation of these exchanges and contact attempts.Lo and behold, they have continued charging her for the membership they told her was cancelled. This is, frankly, an alarming situation. Never have I experienced such a bizarrely difficult process for terminating a subscription in. my. life. I would strongly recommend to anyone reading this to avoid this place. I am not sure that these people have any intention of cancelling the membership or refunding the errant charges and we will be pursuing the matter on the bank's end while we also try and establish contact.

I loved this gym and paid my membership even when I couldn't attend before there was a Covid vaccine in 2020.. It has a good mix of folks working out to keep it feeling like a great neighborhood gym. But this South Hill Snap Fitness refuses to enforce the mask mandate even when front desk staff are requested and there are guys working out without masks right in front of them. This is a high risk environment and a lot of older members are placed at risk. I emailed the "higher ups" and on my second try, received an unsatisfactory response about this matter. This is illegal and I reported it to the state. So if you want to stay safe, join another gym.

A solid little gym in South Hill that checks most of the blocks. It makes up for what it lacks (classes -- if that's your thing & redundant free weights during peak hours) by providing a generally uncrowded, drama free environment to crush your workout... Trainers are available. Holly runs a tight ship.

Like other people have said, the equipment is fine and the gym is clean, but they have no accountability about enforcing mask wearing per the Washington mandate, even in the height of the pandemic. I reached out to management who gave me the PG answer of “we can’t disclose medical information about our guests” inferring that some had medical exemptions, and then went on to say they don’t want to put their employees in a place that they would be attacked. As someone who is often around people with vulnerable immune systems and has an infant at home, it’s pretty frustrating for me to see so many people “wearing” their masks under their mouths, hanging off one ear, or not at all directly in front of the staff every single time I visit the gym and nothing is ever even said to them. All in all, if Covid wasn’t a thing, the gym is fine if you’re looking for something basic. It has enough equipment and a fine space.
