Mikey is the most engaged, friendliest trainer/employee. Randell was awesome, too, but he's moved on. Literally every other guy behind the counter is completely disengaged, and acts like they could care less that I'm there or that a piece of equipment might have a problem or any other feedback I give them could matter. It's a bummer.

Staff and trainers are great and friendly! Lots of different machines and membership type available depending on what you're looking for. Only wish they kept their strength classes throughout but otherwise, no complaints.

They're planet fitness 2.0. It's $35 a month for the premium level membership. But they'll up sell you on training lessons which are an additional $175-400 a month. God help you if you don't get the training because they watch you like a hawk on video if you so much walk away from equipment without wiping it down, instruct another member, or look at another member for too long they'll show you the door and keep your money. Mikey Bryan, Morgan Long, and "Cody"(balding guy with bad teeth") and some fat four eyes who looks like an owl will all teach you nothing, waste your time and take your money

They have plenty of space and equipment to workout with, it seems to be a pretty clean fitness establishment, friendly staff, and it has the option for mechanical weights and free weights along with the option of a personal trainer

My son, Allen Lambel, joined a couple of years ago. He now lives in another town 2 hours from the gym. He has tried and tried to get them to cancel his membership but they continue to take the dues out of his bank account. Not happy at all with the way this has been handled. They should be able to tell on their computer that he hasn't been there in well over a year.

The guys who met me at the door were nice, but the lady who was responsible for explaining each cost package was too busy eating to deal with me. Considering I was on my lunch break, I could have used the help. I explained to the young guy that I'd like to look at the place and maybe he could give me the general cost (He knew them, too). I was blown away. They have less equipment than the other gyms, and it costs way more. Oh yeah, I never met Ms. Wonderful. That was a looooong lunch.

I had joined the military and when I left I cancelled everything due to I would be unable to maintain my accounts. My other gym memberships canceled my memberships without issue. This was the only gym that didn't and I then got to where I could access my phone and they had sent me to collections for the yearly contract. I have never had this bad of an experience and will never suggest this company to anyone..

I love my trainer. He treats me with respect even though I am over weight and their gym is awesome. I love going there. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone 😊 …

I started going to 10 Fitness because of some knee problems. I needed to strengthen them to help avoid further injury/damage. Well, the coaches are great, and I am on a strengthening program that is not only working on my knees, but is helping me to be healthier overall! I never knew I had muscles in my arms!!😉 …

Letitia is the best!! I’ve been lifting weights for the past 2 years and have back problems partly due to my incorrect squatting form. Within 20 minutes, Letitia completely changed my squat form and I immediately felt a difference. I feel confident in continuing my strength training with the help of Letitia because of her patience and training expertise. Definitely recommend!
