Letitia is the best!! I’ve been lifting weights for the past 2 years and have back problems partly due to my incorrect squatting form. Within 20 minutes, Letitia completely changed my squat form and I immediately felt a difference. I feel confident in continuing my strength training with the help of Letitia because of her patience and training expertise. Definitely recommend!

This gym is a gem! Staff is helpful and fastidious about cleaning and sanitizing equipment. There is something for everyone at every fitness level. Classes really pack a punch and the trainer Trish is fantastic!

I had never been to a gym before I came to 10 fitness. I was very nervous, and out of shape. Im not like alot gym people. I was very nervous of being judged. I had also necer done weightlifting either.Well, the people at 10 fitness worked really well with me. My trainer worked with me once a week, and we did accomplish my goals. They taught me safe techniques and pushed me to be better than my last gym session. They offered conditioning classes and strength training and I met alot of people who had the same goals as me. I would 10/10 recommend 10 fitness. Best gym, best trainers and a clean facility.

I seriously love this gym, and I HATE GYMS. I worked out alone at home for about a year before I finally caved and bought a membership. No regrets at all. Chill environment with a diverse amount of fitness levels so all feel welcome.

Just started working out here. Very welcoming atmosphere. No negative interactions with any other clients. Positive vibe overall. All the trainers are easy to talk to and show effort in their diligent sanitation of equipment, wholesome energy, and knowledge of physical fitness.

This is a very nice gym for the price! The staff is always very friendly and the gym is kept in top shape! Their trainer Cody Raeder helped me reach my strength goals! If you are trying to get stronger and be healthier he is the man to see!

I started lifting here a year ago, just about a year postpartum, and the staff has been so encouraging and supportive of my fitness journey after having kids. As a woman and a mom, having a group of people who are excited and personable about the fitness journey of everyone who comes in makes it a really safe place!! Absolutely love it!!
