Love my gym- that was what I used to say.No longer would I recommend this gym. Exceptionally rude staff in the end and corporate was no help either. In the end , corporate just ignored me and my concerns- would not contact me after 3 emails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, plus after joining another facility I realize just how poorly this gym is equipped.

Not a fan of the new layout. Eliminating sled, turf, deadlift platforms, a squat rack with bumper bars, and other elements in favor of blocking off access to one room entirely and cramming free weight equipment into another restricted use room? Bad call. What once made this gym something to rave about now reminds me of planet fitness and shows the business is more interested in finding ways to make more money than providing customers with a uniquely better experience than other gyms.

I absolutely love this gym. I train with Gabe and he is so encouraging, patient, and kind. He explains the exercises in a way that makes sense and he ginuenly cares about my progress. The gym is always clean and has a great layout. 10/10 would reccomend. I don’t know what I’d do without Gabe keeping me going!

Previous review: 5 stars: Affordable. Clean. WIDE variety of equipment - free weights, machines, and a room for suspension training and body weight exercises. Everyone seems friendly and willing to help. And the best part? It's 24 hours!Updated review: 3 stars: they recently rearranged and changed access to everything. They removed the free barbells so only the Smith machines are available at the basic level. There are no more spots to do squats on a squat rack with a basic membership and you cannot do lunges with a barbell with the basic membership. There are only Smith machines and dumbbells. I used to love this gym and now it's just kind of okay. It's over crowded now.UPDATED EDIT AGAIN: Per their response, I am not mad anymore. Rating changed back to 5 stars for taking the people who had access BEFORE the crazy changes into consideration.

For the Price this is a great value & the location is easily accessible. The staff is very courteous and there's plenty of work out equipment so you never have to wait. I also like the fact that they have canning available here and personal trainers if you'd like. They also do have state-of-the-art equipment and they base their cells on volume so they're very inexpensive compared to many health clubs. Their TV stereo system is one of the best I've seen with each individual cycle or StairMaster having his own TV screen.

I go here quite often. Although you don't see the staff too often they are always there if you need them. The equipment is well kept for the most part. The weights are in good shape and all of the lifting machines work properly, however some of the elliptical/treadmill machines do not work properly. The gym is open from 8am Monday to 8pm Friday, this is optimal for people who have late work schedules.

Great gym. Best I've been to in the area. Only problem is the fact that nobody racks the weight and weight just kinda lays in any spot a person chooses to leave it. Please enforce the weight racking rule and I'll write home about this place.

I had been a member for 10 Fitness for a few years down in Little Rock at their main locations. I was thrilled when I moved to Springfield and there was a 10 Fitness. However, in October of 2016 with only two weeks noticed they "announced" (posted a piece of paper) that they were cancelling the classes. What bothers me most about this location is that they didn't even inform the instructors that they were losing their jobs. The instructors for both of my classes that I went to found out on social media OR by the "notice" on the door. Super unprofessional. The gym floor was always dirty and the locker rooms were never adequately stocked. If you want a gym full of men-pumping-iron then this is the place for you. No frills. Not professional.

This gym is easily my favorite in Springfield. After a year, I decided to leave to try a big box gym and was severely disappointed. So now I'm back and decided to pay up my membership for a full year. It's affordable enough, why not? There's not one exact thing I could name as a reason for it, but this gym feels like home, and the staff are amazing! The only thing I would change is the size of the gym. From what I have heard and am assuming tho, I believe an expansion is coming in the future when the fabric store next door closes... Ask for Greg Funk if you're needing a great personal trainer. He has a serious passion for helping people reach their fitness goals.

The gym has a new feel to it. It's very clean and pleasant when you walk in. They have great hours, making it super convenient to work with your schedule. Bathrooms are really nice, they don't provide towels which is kind of a bummer if you forgot yours, but they have extra things like mouth wash, qtips, cotton balls, and lotion that kind of make up for the towels. The stand up tanning beds are nice, the tanning rooms can tend to be a little dirty at times, and walls of the "stall" end before the ceiling making it sound like you are in the big room which makes you feel a little uncomfortable, but it is completely private, so the sounds are just something to get use to. The staff is really nice and they don't try to persuade you to become a member or sign a contract, it is very much up to you and that is probably my favorite part about the gym!
