Easily my favorite gym (that I very much miss after having to move away from St. George). Why?- Scott & Marie (owners) take a very personable, down-to-earth approach to gym ownership. This translates to a unique culture within this gym. My husband and I have met multiple life-long friends here.- The right equipment. After moving away, we've been to multiple gyms and haven't found the simple yet high yield equipment that is here.- 24/7 secure access- Affordable- Hard-to-find (personal) customer serviceGreat gym culture + right equipment + 24/7 access = BETTER workouts, CONSISTENT workouts (because you'll actually enjoy the gym) --> better physical and mental health, physique, energyWe come back every chance we get.

Love this gym. I’m a senior and they helped me get moving again after being a Covid shut in for 2 years.

I love this gym! 24/7 access, and all the equipment one could hope for. Never crowded, always available parking, and no nonsense! Gym has aerobics classes, free weights, various weight machines, stationary bikes and other equipment to use. I have fallen in love with the rowing machine! Facility also has beauty parlor, massage / training services, and small beverage area. Anna Marie is very nice and so are many of the other members whom I've met while working out.

My favorite gym I've been too. I've been to every gym and fitness center in Utah and other states. This is by far my favorite!

Awesome! From the minute I walked in years ago, to this morning when I canceled my account, they were courteous, professional and maintained a high standard for the gym operations! (We are moving.)A big thank you to all the staff for always making me feel comfortable with any questions or assistance I needed help with!

Price you cant beat it, I'm not sure what normal rates are I'm lucky enough to get a first responder discount, however. The equipment is insanely close together (almost touching). Some people are already uncomfortable at the gym, and if your larger, this place isn't for you. you already feel like everyone is looking at your let alone with are close enough to hear or touch the person working out next to you, I appreciate them trying to have enough equipment; but id rather wait for a machine to be free then so cram packed that your practically touching each other. Even with the cheapest rates in town; I'm checking other places prices. I do happen to be a real person that is writing this, and am not an owner of another gym? So to accuse a customer of this in your reply is absurd and rude. It does not matter what kind of account i use to write a review, maybe i feel more comfortable using my work one as i now feel judge by you, the owner, and would prefer you not know who i am as you would probably look up my social media and yet again, judge me.

I attended this gym on their weekly pass while I was visiting my in-laws. I really can't say enough nice things about this place! Staff are incredibly friendly, it has all different types of equipment for different training goals and expertise levels. I will most certainly be coming back on my next visit to Southern Utah. Please support this amazing local business!

This is the best gym my wife and I have ever been to. The owners are really nice and personal, has all of the equipment you need, small gym but great overall feel with nice people, and not a meat market like other larger gyms in the area.We are actually really sad that we had to move from the area. We compare every other gym we look at to this one. We miss this gym weekly.100% would recommend!
