Best gym ever! This is a locally owned gym. They care so much about their customers! They have so many amenities, great equipment, and awesome employees! They give a great military discount as well. I love this gym! 100% recommended!

They need a bigger boxing/kickboxing space. It’s too small. They staff are friendly and the place is kept very clean. The equipment is kind of ancient, but seems to work well.

So who here likes getting yelled at?!? Degraded? Talked down to like you’re not even a human being? Well then, this is the place for you... my friend made a request to see if anything could be done regarding the music that plays over the speakers. A simple request, not hostel or anything just merely giving feedback as a client That the music is less then ideal... well I guess it doesn’t mean anything if your go to this gym because they clearly don’t respect you or your input. One of the owners canceled all five of our members right on the spot after shouting at everyone in our group... if after reading this you still want to join be my guest, just don’t ask about the music.

Our team asked the manager about changing the soft music they played every night. The whole gym would stop and start laughing at the Playlist and complained every day. When we gave feedback the response was met with a hostile response; you don't know what you are talking about, if you don't like it you can leave. Our response there further was it is just feedback that your members state every day we are here and we as a large group also feel the same. We are simply giving you this feedback to improve the customer experience. The owner asked us to get out.Interesting approach for customer service. Our group never yelled, cursed, demanded nor demeaning manner towards this man. I guess that is a sore spot 🤔Whelp! If you like soft dance music, Chicago or depressing music while you work out this is the place for you.We left and headed to Summit and took our team with us.

Decent small place. Adequate machines and variety for most all kinds of exercise or workout routines.I’m glad that everyone in our group was able to contribute to the cleanliness of the place considering that we were only a few of the customers who actually wiped down the equipment after usage. Aside from an employee mopping the floor, there were only a few of us actually cleaning the equipment before and after our use. Simple Green is a good disinfectant in prevention of the spread of COVID-19, right?DO NOT ask about the music. Every night it’s the same slow jams type music and many tracks by Chicago for over an hour (starting around 8pm each night— which makes sense because you go to the gym to be depressed and slow dance, right?) We, along with many others asked about the possibility of getting the music changed up to no avail. When we were in for a morning workout on 8/20/20, we asked the owner about the music. He went berserk. He proceeded to yell at all three members of our group, berate us twice, yelling across the gym in front of other customers and then threw us out of the gym after cancelling our memberships. He didn’t know how long we had been members (arguing about the length of time even looking at our sign up date) and we had to explain to him what it meant to receive a pro-rata refund since it was during the billing cycle. I guess common business terms aren’t something you need to know as an absent owner of a business. Never been thrown out of a place for calmly providing feedback on a concern as a paying customer that had been raised by so many others. It was a hugely disproportionate reaction on the part of the owner for asking whether it was possible to change the music or not.According to the owner (as he yelled and berated us), the music is “a bunch of files on an iPod” and he isn’t sure how to work it. I’m sure... he is paying his Sony, ASCAP and BMI licensing for Public Performance.Bring your own disinfectant and music for a relatively decent workout in an environment that you know is clean because you did it yourself!

I have to say that this is the friendliest most family oriented gym I’ve ever been to and has been for years. Scott Smith and his family go beyond the expectations to keep the place clean, professional, and fun, not to mention the many fundraisers they do for the community and members.I personally watched someone blow up over the music selection and make a scene and Scott just smiled and acted professionally and kept his cool and even let them workout after they said they were cancelling their membership!

This gym has been my secret weapon to the success of being a state record holder in track and field and a star football player for the last 5 years. The place is always clean and has more than the equipment I need to improve my fitness. Best gym in town and the owners are amazing .

Best gym I’ve been to, staff is so helpful and friendly. I always feel at home when I’m there. I love coming there because I always get a good workout and see friendly familiar faces. As long as there open I’ll keep coming. Never have I ever felt like I was a nuisance for asking for help or having a question. Love love love this gym! Can’t say enough good things.
